Typical Ferrarese cuisine restaurant offering traditional dishes prepared to perfection. Cappellacci with ragù and salami with mashed potatoes are excellent. Reservations are a bit difficult due to the restaurant's (fairly) well-regarded reputation.

Great experience, they try to speak english wich is not easy in Italy. Food is amazing! 🙏

We found this place by simply walking by, and wow, we didn't know you could find heaven tucked away in Ferrara. A Michelin Star dining experience was a welcome surprise! Every dish we had was better than the one before the last...save room for dessert and drink the house red - it is perfecto!

An excellent lunch on a terrace in a typical Ferrara alleyway. Tasting of local dishes such as cappellacci with butter and sage and salama da sugo ferrarese with mashed potatoes. Reasonable prices, friendly welcome.

Very romantic outdoor tables. Typical Ferrara cuisine, good. The fried breaded zucchini flowers stuffed with mozzarella are nothing special. The cappellacci and pasticcio are very good, with more generous portions than many reviews suggest.

Il locale è piacevole con tavolini fuori e dentro il locale .i camerieri sono veloci e gentili . Ottimi i cappellacci come la tenerina Prezzo nella norma

Tipica trattoria che propone specialità ferraresi. Dato che sono del luogo posso dire che la cucina ferrarese è fatta di ingredienti buoni, saporiti ma decisamente di costo non elevato. Quando siamo stati a cena una sera con gli amici del liceo di allora abbiamo mangiato bene perché non lo si può negare però al momento del conto siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi. Abbiamo tutti preso una portata e un contorno, solo uno ha anche preso il primo, qualche dolce, 2/3 bottiglie di vino e diverse di acqua. 49€ a testa. Sicuramente incide sul prezzo l’insegna che campeggia all’esterno “Guida Michelin” ma comunque non è giustificato. Le portate non erano impiantate da gran gourmet, la mise en place assolutamente normale. Per questo ho dato quel titolo. Sembrava di essere in un ristorante a Milano. Però il locale era pieno ed immagino che lo sia sempre nel weekend. Quindi meglio per loro se la gente ci va. Per quanto mi riguarda prima ed ultima esperienza. Lo scorso anno con lo stesso gruppo siamo stati a Napoli dove abbiamo mangiato molto meglio e speso soprattutto molto meno.
