Front desk staff after 3 on 1/16-17 were very unhelpful! Acted like we were bothering them! Bedbugs found in bathtub;(video sent to hotel) no luggage rack; requested one, never came. No coffee in lobby late am; trashcan to small;; wet floors in lobby (it snowed) and we had to ask them to clean so people don’t slip; walkways not cleared of snow at side entrances; breakfast closed up - girl at desk said hrs were 7- 10 everyday; no! 7-9; we missed it! Staff Sunday and Monday before 3 were very good. Never stay again.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I have stayed in several up and down the same road.. they were very accommodating, the hotel is well appointed, clean and solid. The bathroom door is heavy for privacy. And you can get alcohol in the lobby!

We stay only at Hamptons when we travel, this was probably our least favorite but still not bad. Not having a pool wasn't so great. They had a fire pit but it seemed to just have a bunch of cigarette butts in it. Also the breakfast area is extremely small. The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite. The room was clean. We asked for extra blankets and they sent them very quickly which was nice. Overall good.

We can always count on Hampton Inn for a comfortable and clean place to stay. This location checked all the boxes. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The location to the Albany Airport was extremely convenient. We always love to stay at Hampton Inn for a restful stay when we travel. Thanks for another positive experience.

This is the second closest Hampton Inn to the airport and it's still quite close, but less expensive. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Mattress was super comfortable. Fitness center wasn't open 🙁 which is why I rated only 4 stars. No notice was provided in advance.

A business trip required me to make a short visit to the capital district. Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately welcomed by a company employee by the name of Chandi. While she was tending to tidying up the lobby, she took the time out to welcome me to the Hampton Inn. I observed Chandi a couple of other times during my stay assisting other guests and insuring that all of their needs were taken care of. An employee like her is a valuable asset to the Hotel that has so much competition in the local area. My room was perfectly prepared, and welcoming. This hotel made my 2 night stay business trip like a short vacation.

15/10/2025: We stopped by with the family. Not knowing the place, we relied on the reviews here. It went well and I recommend it! The staff were friendly, it felt like home. We had two pizzas for the kids, and they were good, both in terms of the dough and the rest. We also had two set menus, which were excellent from appetizer to dessert! Good wine! The prices for the set menu were very fair (very rare these days, I almost couldn't believe it), and even for the pizza. For four of us, we spent €60, drinks included in the price but not included in the fixed menu price. If we're in the area again, you'll definitely see us again! Greetings from Genoa! 🔝🍾👋🏻🍝🍕
04/10/2025: I went for lunch on Friday, October 3, 2025. The lunch was really good, the staff were very friendly, and everything was really good. I highly recommend it. And the waitress was so lovely, I think she was the owner's daughter. Kudos to the management, though. Truly top-notch.
