We can always count on Hampton Inn for a comfortable and clean place to stay. This location checked all the boxes. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The location to the Albany Airport was extremely convenient. We always love to stay at Hampton Inn for a restful stay when we travel. Thanks for another positive experience.

This is the second closest Hampton Inn to the airport and it's still quite close, but less expensive. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Mattress was super comfortable. Fitness center wasn't open 🙁 which is why I rated only 4 stars. No notice was provided in advance.

Left shampoo and some conditioner on accident when checking out Went back and got my shampoo back but someone definitely took the conditioner

A business trip required me to make a short visit to the capital district. Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately welcomed by a company employee by the name of Chandi. While she was tending to tidying up the lobby, she took the time out to welcome me to the Hampton Inn. I observed Chandi a couple of other times during my stay assisting other guests and insuring that all of their needs were taken care of. An employee like her is a valuable asset to the Hotel that has so much competition in the local area. My room was perfectly prepared, and welcoming. This hotel made my 2 night stay business trip like a short vacation.

I like the way it was tucked away but still so easy to find. Breakfast from 6-9am was really good, little egg n cheese omelets, fried potatoes, among other items, with 2 types of Danish; and a nice variety of juice. Service was 2nd to none. Am shift was kind, very helpful and pleasantly professional. Pm shift was ocommodating and patient with me coming in much later than the time for check-in. Carts were easy to find, getting into the room, I really liked the curtain / closet set up. Uniquely spacious. The room and bathroom spacious with a larger TV than a lot of motels. I would give them higher than a 5 if I could. I also think they are higher than a 4.0 I'll be back. And definitely recommend them.

A solid choice for this tier of hotel. We made a late evening pit stop here on the way to a destination. The location was easy to reach. Staff were welcoming and capable, particularly given a computer system problem that arose sometime before we arrived. This issue affected a large number of hotel chains that use the same service to process guests. Nevertheless, reception was patient and efficient. They already had a workaround that allowed us to check in with minimal delay. Decent location, clean surroundings, clean room, and a serviceable breakfast to get us started the next morning. Recommended, though see comments regarding the room for additional notes.

The beds were to soft and nit comfortable!

Very good service here! Great for parking when you need to take a plane too!

Hotel is in the process of being updated. The fitness center is out of commission at the present moment and there is no pool, but it has been replaced by an outdoor seating area with a fire pit.
