Trattoria da Me In Bologna

Appetizers were wonderful and pasta was tasty and unusual. For some reason we then waited over an hour for our main course. We ordered dessert, one of which came immediately but after 50 min of waiting for the other 2 we left. It did not feel like any one server was in charge of our table. My husband had an empty wine glass and no one offered another. Overall this was a disappointment

Based on recommendation we had dinner at this lovely place. The service was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious although I must say that you should ask for recommendations. I’ve ordered the Cotoletta (Schnitzel) a la Bolognese and wasn’t able to finish it. After talking with the waitress she mentioned that this is a very classic dish but not their specialty. My friend had the Guinea Fowl and it was marvelous. So at Trattoria Da Me I would say go with their specialties and don‘t try to go classic :) The recommendation for the Dolci was 💯extra virgin olive oil ice cream with white chocolate ganache, celery and parmigiano 🤯 it was a joy for my taste buds. And: if you need more time between the courses, let them know. 8/10 can recommend

I had long been curious to try Trattoria da Me, one of the most talked about places in Bologna. I booked well in advance and, as expected, I had to adapt to the available shifts: dinner at 9.30pm. The place is nice, completely renovated, with some shabby chic hints in the furnishings. Personally I don't like this style, which I find a bit "fake", but it's a matter of taste. The atmosphere is lively, perhaps a little too noisy, but that's how old trattorias were: convivial and loud. Moving on to the food: the quality is there, and you can feel it. I really appreciated the Bolognese cutlet, well executed, and the mascarpone, really delicious. However, I didn't appreciate the waitress' insistence on offering me the starter so late, at 9.30pm, when I then struggled to finish the main course. A discordant note for me: the water served in colored 24-bottle water bottles - a choice that I personally find inelegant for a restaurant that nevertheless aims at a certain level. Speaking of quality: the prices are quite high, certainly not restaurant-style, although it must be said that you pay for quality. Interesting experience, curiosity satisfied, but I don't think I will return.

Excellent starters (cheese ice cream and meatballs), good tagliatelle and excellent quadrucci. The Bolognese cutlet and spectacular panna cotta are very good!!

Excellent food, well-kept location, quick service and well-managed spaces, but be careful: the prices are absolutely not trattoria-like (1 starter, 1 first course, 1 second course and a bottle costing €15, total €90)

They are a guarantee of Bolognese tradition but also innovation! Congratulations to everyone.. I don't remember the maitre's name.. but he is a true host ready to suggest what can satisfy every palate.. well done, you are a nice team.. what was striking was that throughout the evening the smile always remained on their faces.. and while working is not always so easy.. excellent cuisine and a fantastic team.. see you soon.. thanks for everything!

One Friday evening we decided to go out to eat, the only availability we were given was at 9.30pm on the website, only to be called back and told that we could come earlier if we preferred - so we did! We were a group of 10 people, we ordered crescentine and cured meats as a starter (at 10.07pm we had asked for some ham to be able to finish the crescentine and the waitress replied rudely and very annoyed that it didn't seem like a reasonable time to order - it was 10.07pm) Then the time came for the bill, I personally wanted to pay with cash, the lady at the checkout said I couldn't do it... Terrible service in my opinion

Food was fairly average and service was bad. Felt like they were pushing food + desert on us when my wife was not feeling well / shaming her for not finishing her dish. It’s a busy place so it would be better to check on your patrons rather than assuming that your food is good.

Avevamo prenotato nella sede della Torre de Galluzzi, ma la ricerca frettolosa sul navigatore ci ha portato nella più vicina sede di Via San Felice. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato posto lo stesso, ma solo nella sala all'esterno fronte strada. Sugli interni, perciò, non posso dire nulla, ma la sala all'esterno era ben riscaldata dalle lampade termiche, all'occorrenza il locale fornisce delle coperte. Il servizio è cordiale e di alto livello, abbiamo ricevuto i giusti consigli dal giovane cameriere che ci ha assistito. Di antipasto abbiamo scelto quattro crescentine ottime (ne avremmo dovute prendere di più), accompagnate dal tradizionale friggione. Da uno che detesta la cipolla, sono rimasto sbalordito dal gusto di questo piatto, davvero ottimo. Per i primi siamo andati sul classico, tortellini in brodo e tagliatelle al ragù, divini entrambi, bolognesità in purezza. Incuriositi dal menù, abbiamo scelto un altro primo da dividere in due, agnolotti ripieni di vitello brasato, sugo di arrosto e riduzione di lambrusco. Non ci ha particolarmente rapito il gusto di questo piatto, preparato comunque in maniera magistrale. I prezzi non sono sicuramente dei più economici, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente molto alto. Ci torneremo, navigatore permettendo, per andare nella sede dove saremmo dovuti andare!

ancora una conferma , cena di lavoro otto persone otto piatti diversi da far impazzire il cuoco , i miei tortellini erano fantastici e tutti gli altri colleghi contentissimi, dolci ottimi personale giovane e competente , unico lato negativo troppo richiesto per trovare posto ho dovuto telefonare due giorni prima
