I stopped by with my truck and had a great time. It's a simple, welcoming place. Mauro's sons welcome you and make you feel at home. The food is good. Try the raw horse meat 🐴

Excellent food and affordable prices

We had lunch at this restaurant during a business trip to Piacenza. We arrived around 1pm and although it was very crowded, they seated us straight away. It's a typical restaurant for truck drivers and workers, very basic. The food was good and the service was quick. The prices were very fair. Highly recommended.

This is my second time here, the food is plentiful and the prices are reasonable.

A busy place with decent parking, perfect for a simple meal, not just your average sandwich. Fast and friendly service, with a welcome mortadella. Near the fairgrounds.

Today, November 19, 2025, and after about... yes, a good 30 years since I last ate here... I used to come here to eat in the evening when there was the (executive courier...) and we ate with colleagues... Not much has changed, perhaps the dining room no longer has the booths... I had a business lunch there. Everything was excellent, with a wide selection of both starters and main courses. The buffet was included in the price, with almost no wait for the main course. I highly recommend it.
