But this osteria deserves a true Michelin star, in its most typical Friulian tradition. The scent of Friuli is evident as soon as you enter, the comfortable atmosphere, and the super-friendly staff make you feel at home. The dishes are traditional, from the classic Cjarson pasta—a first course or dessert? Delicious—to the Osvaldo prosciutto (a real treat) and lamb chops, all paired with local wines! Finishing with a dessert served with a local vegetable will simply make you smile with joy.

The name "trattoria" doesn't do justice to the quality of the product these gentlemen create. This is a restaurant that pays attention to detail and uses high-quality products. Their 70 years of experience in the restaurant business are evident even to the untrained eye. Sincere congratulations.
