The food was all delicious! I especially recommend the "lingua dolce e salata" (sweet and salty tongue), a real revolution!
The owner and the waiters were courteous and welcoming; you really couldn't ask for more.

Went as Michelin recommended. Waiter was a bit of a salesman....knowing we were struggling with translating the menu he said he'd bring some appetizers as well as our mains (we didn't ask for them) and we're charged €40 for a tasting platter. Would have nice to have had this mentioned before seeing it on the bill!

I had dinner at this restaurant with my family and we left truly happy and satisfied.
The service was very attentive, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the food amazing.
The only downside was that I would have expected an explanation of the desserts; and the portions of wine by the glass and the liqueurs were a bit too small.
More than a glass of wine, it was a taste! Considering the prices aren't cheap, I expect at least a decent glass to drink.
My favorite dish was the cheek with mashed potatoes and tongue.
The price was fair for the quality.
We'll definitely be back to try new dishes and the steak, which piqued our curiosity.

Location che rende l’idea di una trattoria ma il cibo e’ assolutamente da ristorante gourmet: il carciofo croccante su fonduta di pecorino che si scioglie in bocca ma croccante gustosissimo, gli Gnudi una specialità della tradizione dal sapore unico , una fiorentina frollata e ottima e dolci fatti in casa per concludere. Qui si assaporano dei piatti tipici cucinati con elevata cura dalla moglie del proprietario … accoglienza calorosa e attenta ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Prezzo giusto per l’elevata qualità proposta. E’ la seconda volta che torno qui da Marino .. confido in una terza e più..

Sulla strada del ritorno dalla visita agli Uffizi ci fermiamo da Marino, avevamo letto molto sul Patron e volevamo conoscerlo: devo confermare i giudizi eccellenti. Estro e tradizione si fondono assieme. Tutto merita ma il carciofo alle tre cotture, pasta ripiena fatta, la pasta, con con le patate e gnocchi realizzati al momento con semolino e ricotta sono veramente superbi. Non si può non trovare l'occasione per tornare.
