One of the things I appreciate most about my job is that by traveling around a lot I can appreciate the cuisine of places I would otherwise never have visited. This is the case of Trattoria da Marino, a lunch break during our journey to Sanremo. First of all, it is not a trattoria but a refined restaurant where the owner welcomed us kindly and explained all the dishes we chose. The thing I appreciated most was sensing the love and passion in his description. . We started with an appetizer based on focaccia, excellent quality oil produced a few hundred meters from the restaurant and an excellent tomato soup and double-cooked eggs. For the first course I chose ricotta gnudi prepared and cooked on the spot, I also tasted some duck crostini and veal tongue "sweet and strong". We ended lunch with some excellent homemade desserts. Excellent value for money, very friendly staff and very clean place. Thank you for the wonderful gastronomic experience.

Let's start by saying that it is not a trattoria but a restaurant (as the owner introduced himself) I rely on the appetizer created by them, excellent products without discussion, the first courses not abundant but of quality, I had an Absolutely Fantastic Fiorentina, never eaten one so good (10/10). Desserts made by them are amazing, both those offered and those à la carte. Conto I thought I could get by with something less. However it's worth it.

È la terza volta che vengo in questo locale. Ci sono sempre passato davanti ma finché non l’ho provato per la prima volta non gli ho mai dato il rispetto che merita. Un locale molto intimo con un menù fenomenale, poche pietanze ma molto buone. Consiglio caldamente di vernici perché è molto buono. Il titolare è molto gentile e disponibile, il personale di sala molto cordiale. Mettono tutti a proprio agio. Il prezzo è proporzionale all’offerta, certo non si spende poco, ma non è assolutamente uno sproposito. Hanno una bella cantina molto fornita e con vini non banali. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio a tutti di farlo.
