Marino is an excellent host, empathetic and attentive. The gastronomic experience is gourmet, seasoned with lots of courtesy. Original and well-told wine proposal. Advised.

I start with the premise that in my opinion television programs and various guides have destroyed what catering is in Italy, now we pay more attention to form than substance and we have forgotten what cuisine is, the real one. Of course, the food isn't bad at Marino's, but in my opinion it has very little of a trattoria. I took the Pici al Ragout di Chianina (as written on the menu) which, due to not being able to read or write, seemed to me to be anything but hand-made, a good product without a doubt but either they are the Michelangelos of pasta or those are machine-made because all the same in that way seems difficult to me, a good appetizer without infamy or praise and an excellent dessert, all served with a restaurant "plating". The kindness of the people in the room is undeniable as much as the ability and professionalism of who I presume is the owner. Here the restaurant ends, given the mention in the tire guide the prices have rightly adjusted... two starters two first courses a dessert for two (triumph of desserts) a glass of wine water and two coffees almost 90 euros... here the restaurant begins.

Trattoria molto curata con un ambiente molto bello. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene con degli antipasti top ed un trionfo di dolci strepitoso… bistecca super, i pici al ragù di chianina poi… il proprietario ci ha coinvolti nella degustazione di vini per accompagnare le pietanze in modo molto professionale. Il suo passito poi, da favola. Quindi esperienza molto positiva e lo consiglio vivamente…. Il viaggio ne vale la spesa!!!!! Grazie ancora e ci torneremo presto
