We went on a Saturday evening. It's a true, traditional trattoria, simple, and has the atmosphere of old-fashioned eateries. The host is extremely kind and helpful. The mixed antipasto, fusilli all'aietana, and grilled veal steak with eggplant and mushrooms were all excellent and the portions generous. The prices were more than fair. It was a pleasure dining here.

It's been years since I've been back, but I've rediscovered the same traditional cuisine, rich in authentic flavors and quality local products. The antipasto platter, accompanied by fried zucchini flowers and pickled vegetables, is truly exquisite. The first courses are excellent: the traditional fusilli are truly exceptional, and the ricotta ravioli are a true delight. Aieta's rustic and welcoming atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for an evening reminiscent of home and tradition. A wonderful experience, worth repeating!

The cuisine is authentically homemade, rich in authentic flavors. A must-try is the fusilli alla Aietana, with anchovies and breadcrumbs: a simple yet surprising dish. The stuffed peppers in tomato sauce are also excellent, flavorful and well-prepared. The ravioli, made with expertly rolled pasta and filled with the freshest ricotta, are a true delight. The menu offers a wide selection to satisfy both adults and children. All the ingredients are high-quality, the dishes are beautifully presented, the house wine is delicious, and the prices are fair. The staff is kind and attentive, and the service is efficient yet friendly. For lunch, the fusilli with Anduja and eggplant were special, the ricotta tortelli were decent, and the eggplant parmigiana was tasty and light. Good house wine. Fast and efficient. Perfect for the occasion.
