It's been years since I've been back, but I've rediscovered the same traditional cuisine, rich in authentic flavors and quality local products. The antipasto platter, accompanied by fried zucchini flowers and pickled vegetables, is truly exquisite. The first courses are excellent: the traditional fusilli are truly exceptional, and the ricotta ravioli are a true delight. Aieta's rustic and welcoming atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for an evening reminiscent of home and tradition. A wonderful experience, worth repeating!

The stuffed peppers in tomato sauce are also excellent, flavorful and well-prepared. The ravioli, made with expertly rolled pasta and filled with the freshest ricotta, are a true delight. The menu offers a wide selection to satisfy both adults and children. All the ingredients are high-quality, the dishes are beautifully presented, the house wine is delicious, and the prices are fair. The staff is kind and attentive, and the service is efficient yet friendly. For lunch, the fusilli with Anduja and eggplant were special, the ricotta tortelli were decent, and the eggplant parmigiana was tasty and light. Good house wine. Fast and efficient. Perfect for the occasion.
