I remember the best cured meats I helped make: prosciutto, salami, pancetta, stecate, the best dishes: bigoli, asigné, chicken, musso, etc. etc. I repeat, spectacular people. During these days that I'm in Italy, I will definitely go and do everything I can to visit them. Before I forget, the excellent wines they make, the fregolotta with my own Graspa. Anyway, I'm DEVIS. I HOPE YOU REMEMBER. I WILL STOP BY. I recommend it to all food lovers, especially because everyone who reads will see that there's also a hostel to stay in. A big, strong hug and greetings 👋
15/07/2025: We stayed one night and also used it for lunch and breakfast.
The restaurant is completely positive, with incredible value! The food is truly excellent, with impeccable service and very fair prices.
The room we stayed in is more than adequate for the price paid. I would only offer a few small suggestions: offer the option of a higher pillow and provide more products such as shampoo/shower gel per person. Our room (number 6) also has a soundproofing issue with the restaurant area below, so if you're staying during lunch/dinner, you'll hear everything, which isn't ideal.
The overall cleanliness of both the rooms and the common areas is excellent, and the helpfulness and politeness of the staff, who welcome everyone very warmly, is also excellent.
