I returned to this place after ten years and found, with pleasure, the same management with the courtesy, attention and friendliness that had struck me from the first time. The clean and welcoming rooms have tables at an adequate distance to enjoy a certain privacy, simple but perfect equipment, with a warm light that invites conviviality. The truly vast menu has pages dedicated to passatelli, cutlet and polenta in various options. We started with an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats enriched with fried polenta with truffled bacon and truly mouth-watering gorgonzola. Worthy of note is the large bread basket with morsels, croutons, traditional and pizza breadsticks and different types of bread from wholemeal to cereal to dark bread. Subsequently we ate the pleasantly tasty Bolognese cutlet, the sliced meat with radicchio, parmesan and balsamic vinegar and the perfectly cooked shin; the grilled vegetable dish is rich and delicious and a leap into the past with the fried cream which has now disappeared from the tables. The mascarpone is good with plenty of chocolate flakes. Extensive wine list that pays attention to territoriality. The added value of the venue is the professionalism and attentive kindness of the staff and the large car park. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
