You'll find special dishes. Traditional dishes and those that have disappeared from traditional menus. It's definitely worth a visit.

We'll definitely return to this small, family-run trattoria. We enjoyed traditional Mantuan dishes (both on the menu and off-menu). The atmosphere could use a bit of a makeover, but it's still very informal and welcoming, and the courtyard is truly charming, but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to dine outside. The prices are fair. The staff is friendly and attentive, although they did go a bit overboard at the end of the service with loud singing, literally preventing us from exchanging a few words with our guests... perhaps it was a polite invitation to leave. The only other flaw is that there are virtually no vegetarian options, and none at all for vegan options.

A typical restaurant where you can enjoy all the traditional Mantuan dishes... friendly and welcoming service, and a fair price! We'll definitely be back.

The best ravioli in the last 20 years!!! Shoulder and prunes with figs and pancetta ;) AMAZING!!! FABULOUS!!! DELICIOUS!!! Really!!! Also the green tortelloni, the fried catfish, and the stewed snails with polenta! Everything was truly GOOD!!! Welcoming place and very kind staff. Convenient parking nearby. Average prices. Best to book. We'll definitely be back! ;) WELL DONE!!!

Tonight we had the (great) pleasure of dining at Ginen. We'd never been before. A genuine welcome from Barbara and her wonderful ladies, Anna and Vittoria. Appetizers included fried gnocco and gras pista. Ravioli with plums and figs, pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage, macaroni with donkey stew, and pancetta roll with plums and quinces. To finish: an excellent tiramisu and a splendid Coppa Eleonora. I've never had a better meal!!! Kudos to Chef Cristian. It's so much more than MasterChef! There's so much knowledge and love here!!! Plus, the chef even came over to say hello despite the room being full. What can I say... Over the Top!!!

Very welcoming and typical place of the area. Very suggestive outdoor area suitable for summer evenings. Menu with homemade and quality products. Recommended carp risotto and bigoli with sausage ragù, also very good mixed appetizer with polenta and cooked shoulder
