Süße kleine familiengeführte Trattoria mit kleiner Karte die regelmäßig wechselt. Super gemütliche Atmosphäre & authentische Küche. Die selbst gemachten Ravioli waren fantastisch, genau so wie die gegrillten Lammspieße. Hier wird noch mit Liebe gekocht & die Preise sind unschlagbar. Die Bedienung ist ebenfalls herzlich & schnell. Vorherige Reservierung empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bei jedem Besuch in Ischia di Castro und können die Trattoria vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. PS: American Express Kreditkarten werden ebenfalls angenommen, was hier in der Gegend nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Pranzo del 25 aprile. Tutto buonissimo, dai primi all'ottima crostata. Piatti semplici ma con materie prime buone e del territorio. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Da provare.

24/08/2025: The food was good, but unfortunately the experience was marred by the wait: we waited about two hours, and the dishes arrived 20 minutes apart, making it difficult to eat together. Furthermore, despite the fact that we were lactose intolerant, the incorrect dish was served, a situation that would have required greater attention. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but the service could be more organized and attentive to customer needs.

31/08/2025: I love this place. I've been there several times, though I've personally been there less recently for other reasons. But I think it's beautiful and unique. 💪
24/08/2025: Today, after walking along the Chia waterfall and tower trail, we stopped for lunch at Rottezzia while strolling through the center of Soriano nel Cimino. The restaurant is beautiful, completely carved out of the tuff. One of the owners showed us around the restaurant. There's even a tunnel that descends 35 meters underground, once used as a cellar and later as a shelter during the war. Very impressive. We ate wonderfully. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe with guanciale and broad beans were out of this world. The wine was also excellent. The two guys who run the restaurant are very kind and professional. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.
