We organized a regional sporting event and at Gianni's we found the best location and the best service in the whole city. Nice and helpful. Advised!

A small bar near the train station and a few steps from Corso Gelone. Excellent sweet and savory pieces and, if necessary, also abundant and quality first and second courses. Ah... with Gianni there is never a shortage of kindness and friendliness.

It is a quiet and simple place, just what we were looking for to get away from the restaurants designed for tourists. The pasta dishes are very abundant and to close we were served a delicious croissant stuffed with limoncello.

The father is a chef who only cooks fresh fish and the son is still a young chef, but with strong determination and the desire to grow professionally. Lots of enthusiasm and sociability with customers. It's a pleasure to praise deserving guys. I therefore recommend it and wish it all the best.

28/03/2025: Excellent traditional dishes, very characteristic place. Even though it is close to the Duomo, it maintains the roots of Syracuse cuisine.
24/03/2025: Grilled shrimps were very good, but the baked potatoes portion was a bit too small. Gnocchi with shrimps was too simple.

22/10/2024: Nice restaurant in a lovely setting, menu is small which I liked and more of a tapas menu. The ale list is expansive. Meat balls were nice as well as the cheesy potatoes. The soup was served luke which was then reheated. Service was very good indeed. The burger was nice.
