A place not to be missed when going to Gorizia Very high price-quantity ratio, beyond any comparison. Excellent quality. I recommend that as a couple, order one course at a time. With 1 first course and a second course, you can eat abundantly for 3 people The grappa and slivoviza are excellent

I don't know where so many good reviews come from, the food is pretty average, the portions are huge, but I would prefer a small good pasta instead of a whole package of average taste. It is also worth considering that the whole restaurant smells of frying fat and when you leave you will smell of it. A classic tavern, with simple food.

I have been coming back to this restaurant for years and every time, despite the portions and the quality being very high, the Lubianska is very good and if you take the cevapcici they will bring you at least 30 of them.

Ogni volta che mangi in questo ristorante esci soddisfatto. Fantastisti la lubianska, i gamberoni, le patate in tecia, i primi e la mozzarella fritta. La cucina è veloce e i camerieri gentili, presenti e disponibilissimi. Super consigliato per un pasto informale.

Locale molto rustico con personale gentile che si contraddistingue per la generosità delle portate (ogni piatto deve essere condiviso altrimenti non riuscite a finirlo). Ravioli ai porcini da migliorare mentre lo stinco era molto buono. Cheesecake sufficiente mentre il tiramisù decisamente meglio. Prezzi economici 48€ in 2

16/04/2025: Unforgettable experience. When care, research, passion, sensitivity and dedication translate into a dish, that dish transmits unique emotions. I became a child again, lying in a meadow with a thread of sorrel in my mouth and under my grandmother's long dining table playing with the ancestral scent of hunting birds in my nose on the wood stove waiting for a chaotic and exhilarating dinner among hunters.
13/04/2025: It was our first experience of haute cuisine, and we were fascinated by it. Choosing L'Argine a Vencò means having an experience that goes beyond the simple act of eating: it is a refined journey into the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, told with poetry and passion by a cuisine that is memory, research and vision. You are welcomed into an environment that is elegant in its sobriety, where the wood, the natural light and the silence of the surrounding landscape create an intimate and contemplative atmosphere. It is a place that invites you to listen to food, time and nature. The dining room staff moves with impeccable diligence, never intrusive but always present, with attention to detail that makes each guest feel unique and welcome. Each dish is introduced with passion and precision, and the wine pairing is handled with intelligence and delicacy. Antonia Klugmann's cuisine is a hymn to the identity of the place. Local ingredients are transformed with respect and surprising creativity, into dishes that speak of woods, wild herbs, vegetable gardens, seasons. It is a cuisine that excites, amazes and is remembered for a long time, made of love for one's land, and combinations that are as unthinkable as they are harmonious. I won't deny that at the beginning we were so intimidated and intrigued by these carefully crafted and amazing dishes that we exchanged rolled napkins for phyllo pastry cigars (sorry). I fell in love with the chard and celeriac parcels, two ingredients that I don't love at all, but which have been worked with so much skill to create a truly memorable dish. Given the chance, it would be nice to return at every change of season to see how the menu changes!
