An unpretentious location but simple and excellent food, fast service... very fast. Remember, the portions are generous; one for one can be shared between three... two for two, you leave with a doggy bag. Thanks for accommodating us without a reservation.

We wandered in by chance, and especially late, almost at closing time, but were nevertheless greeted with great kindness and cheerfulness. The soundtrack of the original trattoria was perfectly in keeping with the ambiance and decor. I recommend the meatballs, a true masterpiece. I would improve the cabbage soup (de gustibus). 10 out of 10 for friendliness.

An absolute must: a dinner with friends where fun, good food, and abundance are the main features. The staff is always very attentive and punctual, the service exceptional, and this time the food was even better than usual.

After hearing so much about it, we finally went to Gianni's. The place is rather basic, but tidy. The young waiters are excellent and extremely friendly. The portions are as expected. A first and second course will feed three people and leave plenty left over. What's missing is quality; the price, after all, can't lie; it's at festival levels, but for an evening with friends, it's more than adequate.

02/01/2026: I ate ravioli with crab and shrimps which was delicious. Small and friendly place
27/12/2025: We stopped by chance while looking for a possible lunch stop on the way to Trieste. We had a wonderful time. All the dishes were excellent, from fish to meat, and a good value. The lady serving us was incredibly kind, rushing around the place the whole time but never losing her smile. For those coming from Milan, I'd say it's priceless.
