Characteristic and familiar place. Excellent food. The unexpected thing was the dessert... a trifle, a real trifle. I haven't eaten it like this in years. Unfortunately, Gianfranco's will close to make improvements and make way for younger people. I don't know the timing for reopening.

Questo è veramente un posto da bomber mi sono trovato molto bene Ero con i miei colleghi nella zona dell'alta Tuscia e vi posso assicurare che questo locale è veramente una figata abbiamo mangiato bene una cucina Tosco viterbese nella piena atmosfera laziale veramente uno spettacolo cibo veramente buono

It feels like taking a dive back 50-60 years. Everything remained as it was then. But the food is very good and the portions are generous.

10/06/2024: Very homely pizzeria restaurant run by a family from Castiglione. It is possible to eat good, light and tasty giant pizzas. I assume that the kitchen offerings are also of excellent quality seeing the dishes at the other tables without leaving out the desserts. The owners are very nice and lively, dining in this place is always a celebration. If you are passing through, I recommend visiting it to really have a good evening.
27/04/2024: Gigantic thin, well-cooked pizzas, amazing desserts but the rest is also not bad enough to come back to try the platters and those wonderful Florentine steaks that we saw passing by and then spectacular desserts with exaggerated portions. We spent very little compared to the average restaurant but the thing we liked most was the welcoming and super brilliant young staff who are carrying on with excellent skills a business which they tell us has been open for about 30 years. Come here you won't be disappointed...we will be back!

30/08/2024: I left from Rome and it was worth it. What he shows and what he says on Instagram is reality. I had very good lamb, even the first courses were excellent. Service, familiarity and quality first. Highly recommended.
14/07/2024: Nice place, in the countryside, clean and very kind owner. Simple but really very good food. Advised
