I have had the pleasure of going to lunch and dinner at Da Fagiolino since I could hold a fork, in Cutigliano, in the heart of the Pistoia Mountains, and I can say without a doubt that it is always an unforgettable experience. This restaurant is a true gem that encompasses the beauty of Tuscan cuisine, offering typical dishes prepared with passion and authenticity. The Tuscan cuisine here is simply exceptional. Each dish tells a story of tradition, with a modern touch that makes it even more special. From handmade macaroni with hare sauce, to Tuscan crostini, crostone, to cantucci served with vinsanto, each course is an explosion of flavors that celebrates fresh and genuine local products. The dishes are cooked with skill and love for tradition, but also with great attention to the quality of the ingredients. An element that makes this trattoria even more special is the hospitality of the family that runs it. Paola, the mother, and her daughter Diletta, are the true soul of Da Fagiolino. Their warm welcome and impeccable service make every guest feel at home. It is clear that they are passionate about their work, and every member of staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been incredibly courteous and helpful. I grew up with the traditions of Da Fagiolino, and since I was a child I have been fortunate enough to be able to taste their cuisine. Every time I return, the experience is more and more special. It is a place that never ceases to amaze, where every dish is a memory and a new discovery. The familiarity and authenticity of the place are truly unparalleled. The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and welcoming, with a rustic touch that perfectly fits the high Tuscan mountains. All this is accompanied by a selection of fine wines from the area and beyond, which perfectly enhance each dish. Era da parecchio tempo che volevo tornare in questo ristorante ed oggi mi sono deciso a farlo. Accoglienza ed ambiente: molto buoni Servizio:molto buono Menu : molto buono, in particolare evidenza i piatti storici di “Fagiolino” Rapporto qualità/prezzo : nella media….prezzi un po’ troppo alti rispetto ai piatti che abbiamo scelto Non ho stimoli per ritornarci

We had dinner and stayed at this inn last week. Excellent dinner, every course was prepared to perfection, from tagliolini ai dormienti to tripe alla fiorentina to livers in the net, to grilled pigeon to desserts. The service was also very good. Balanced prices. Good morning breakfast. I renew the compliments made in person.

Great dinner! Original and local cuisine. Lovely ambience. Very welcoming - also towards dogs. Try the portafolio as well as the lardo. Both were outstanding at a table full of great food!

It was an unexpected discovery that filled both my stomach with delicious things and my heart, because when I eat so well I'm really happy. A trattoria that is based on tradition without neglecting taste, competence and quality. Places and cuisines like this are now too rare and it is good to have them in your favorite restaurant columns. Also very good in the dining room: smiling, capable and attentive. Exceptional restaurant. I have been frequenting it with my family all my life. Mrs. INNOCENTI and her chef daughter continue the work. Fantastic raw materials, super menu, starting with the appetizers up to the dessert. Cleanliness, service, simplicity and courtesy make FAGIOLINO a pearl of the Pistoia mountains. Beautiful food in the hills. We took two hand made pastas and the scallops of pork, all fantastic and accompanied by great local wines

Excellent cuisine: original and quality dishes! The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and with attention to the smallest details. You can perceive the attention from the dishes always served hot, to the clip under the tablecloth which makes the equipment even more refined. An experience that we highly recommend to those looking not only for excellent cuisine, but also for a pleasant and well-kept environment. We will definitely be back!

Ristorante storico dove si assapora la vera cucina Toscana. La qualità si trova in ogni pietanza, è un piacere per il palato. Staff professionale e gentile. Merita sicuramente il viaggio.
