I had lunch with friends, and I must say it was an excellent and well-chosen choice. The food was excellent and plentiful, the table service was prompt, courteous, and friendly, and it was a lovely place—compliments. I hope to return.

A must-visit, the best restaurant in the Pistoia mountains, offering everything from pigeon to game starters, a menu that, while extensive, offers excellent dishes. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

A quiet and very simple place in its appearance, good food and a wide selection of wines. What I also liked was the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. It's worth it for me.

I don't know why, but I only have 3 fields to fill out: rooms, service, and location, and there's no food. Who cares, because I ate like a god, from the appetizer (mushroom crostini), to the first course (tortellone, which in our country would be more of a crepe), to the desserts, which were out of this world. The service was excellent, with a guy who, on the surface, seemed a bit shy, but instead was one joke after another 😂😂😂 (discreetly and not at all intrusive). The location is terrible, because it's a pain to park, but oh well. I also took a look at the kitchen, and even during full service, they were still clean, fast, and organized 👏👏👏👏. A tip for the mushroom crostini: add more savory and flavor to the mushrooms, because they get lost among the other ingredients. Congratulations to everyone. Top.

If only there was an option to give this place 10 stars.. it’s becoming more difficult for me as an Italian who grow up with a culture of good restaurants, osterie and trattorie to come back for a holiday, since I now live overseas, to find what use to be the norm but what it’s consider a rarity nowadays. Fagiolino it’s for me the perfect traditional, family run, trattoria where you eat exceptional local product, cooked with original recipes in a familiar warm atmosphere, that’s why I was debating about doing this review, but I’m positive that before the mass tourism arrive to this area I will be here no more 😂 so enjoy it if you are near by thanks to the ladies Paola e Diletta for the exquisite hospitality.

We went here for Christmas lunch. Great location, delicious food, Tuscan cuisine, and especially the à la carte menu, which I think is a plus even during the holidays. Friendly staff, fair price.

Having eaten there, I can't rate the rooms. However, I did have lunch and returned for dinner. Excellent value! Excellent service! A refined and comfortable atmosphere! A rarity these days!
