A pleasant experience, immersed in the environment and with the owner, who, with all her love and passion, explained in great detail the entire process, from raising their magnificent sheep to producing their magnificent fresh and aged dairy products. The wait staff was also very professional, providing detailed explanations of the products we had the pleasure of tasting.

Discovered by chance, despite having been open since 1999.
A corner of Sardinia in Alta Langa.
You can choose from four tasting menus proposed by the chef or à la carte.
Also available: a vegetarian and a gluten-free menu.
Dishes are carefully prepared and excellently cooked. The portions are generous, almost generous.
Friendly and courteous staff.
Highly recommended.

We chose to do the Cheese Experience. We found passion, care for the animals they raise, exceptional hospitality, and excellent cuisine. A wonderful family. We will definitely return to try the Sardinian specialties. Highly recommended.
