Very friendly staff, very present owner, and excellent quality food. Very welcoming place. Fast enough service as it was Saturday. Well cooked and plentiful dishes, served with a touch of class.

Trattoria da Dario is the real deal. An authentic local trattoria serving up delicious regional specialities from Sicily. The staff and service is incredibly warm and the restaurant itself is super charming - a friendly environment with quaint but beautiful decor. With the man himself - Dario - moving around the restaurant floor giving his recommendations and making sure his customers feel at home. It almost feels like you are dining in someone's really large living room. The dishes were pretty amazing too - moderately prices and extremely generous portions. I had the eggplant involtini was was nothing short of spectacular. Tasted just like my grandma's! I also had the massive plate of Busiate di Dario featuring one of my favorite ingredients of Silician cuisine- pistacchio. Super favorful. Worth nothing is the portions are HUGE so as a solo diner, I unfortunately wasn't able to finish my delicious plates - nor could I sample the million other things I wanted to from the menu. But next time I will be sure to come with some friends so we can share and eat family-style! Other things worth noting are the homemade wines and amaro (also available for purchase!), the loyal clientele, a beautiful outdoor terrace and the most delectable dolce. Thank you Dario and the amazing staff and chefs for the most memorable meal - your place is now my favorite go to Neighborhood spot!

I had lunch at Dario's and I can say unique dishes with exquisite flavours!!! Super friendly and above all super helpful staff! Dario satisfied us in every way!!! I will be back as soon as possible!!! Highly recommended

My family and I had lunch at Dario's for the first time to celebrate my graduation and we were pleasantly surprised. A truly unique first experience, both for the food, the service and the welcoming environment. Surely all reasons that will push us to return as soon as possible, for our future events and beyond ☺️

Siamo stati attratti dalle tantissime recensioni positive ma solo dopo aver mangiato, controllando meglio visto che le aspettative create non corrispondevano per niente alla realtà dei fatti, ci siamo accorti che la maggioranza delle persone ha scritto solo una recensione, cioè quella per la Trattoria da Dario. Diciamo che è un posto che lavora più sulla quantità che sulla qualità, ed infatti la sala era strapiena. Personale gentile ma sempre troppo di fretta. Abbiamo preso il menù fisso di pesce . Antipasti non male, anche se la caponata era totalmente priva di aceto, ma gli spaghetti con le cozze, completamente scotti, sono stati davvero imperdonabili. Il vino della casa (bianco), aveva solo qualche grado più dell'acqua. È un posto per mangiare senza troppe pretese.

Ottima esperienza in occasione di un battesimo. Atmosfera familiare e cibo fresco. Servizio ottimo e personale attento e simpatico.
