Very good, plentiful and quality food. Typical Roman dishes were tried, such as caccio peppe pasta. Service from the waiter was first class, but what was wrong was the cashier, a thick and dry lady, as they don't accept digital cards, only physical ones. Any simpler establishment in the region accepts digital cards, such as Nomad, Wise, among others.

In the tourist area, so expect to pay a little more, but the pasta was excellent and still reasonably priced.

Don’t let yourself fooled by the google reviews, this place deserves a 6 star, I would rate it that if I could. Best restaurant by far I went in Rome!

Historic restaurant in Rome, frequented mostly by tourists. The menu is classic Roman cuisine and traditional dishes. Inside it is well-kept and aims to confirm the attachment to the traditions and trattorias of the past. Overall I ate well, nothing to say about the quality of the food, even the waiters in the room, nice and friendly. Prices above the average for Roman trattorias, perhaps due to the central location or because it is frequented a lot by tourists (I attach a photo of the receipt). For €124 for two, the owner could even offer us a amaretto. Let's say it's a tough restaurant, but my experience here was almost positive.

The stewed lamb tail is incomparably delicious, the pepper cheese noodles have a first-class aroma, and the mozzarella appetizer recommended by the service staff is amazing. I discovered a local restaurant by accident and came here for two nights in a row. The service staff are very professional and kind. It is worth a special visit. Make an appointment

Mi hanno consigliato questa trattoria perchè "fa la migliora carbonara di Roma". Ora io non so dire se sia la migliore carbonara della città o meno perchè certamente non le ho provate tutte, posso dire solo che, per non sbagliare, le prossime volte che passerò da Roma, so già dove andare a mangiare! Veramente tutto buonissimo, complimenti!

Ottima cucina, carbonara veramente spaziale come da “fama”, molto bilanciata nel sapore, non eccessivamente salata come solitamente capita. Voto 10!
Ottimo carciofo e polpette all’amatriciana. Buono anche il tiramisù.
Prezzi alti come ormai ovunque.
Il personale con noi è stato cortese!
