We live about thirty kilometers away, and it's a shame because if we were closer, it would be our favorite place. We went back last night. The appetizers were fine, with excellent ingredients and more than adequate portions. The first courses were superb. First of all, the ravioli, square, as tradition dictates, not those stupid-looking plin that have flooded restaurants and trattorias in the Langhe and are so small they taste like nothing. Then the pappardelle, a perfect ragu, and among the second courses, a perfectly cooked chicken and an excellent braised meat. Generous portions without any problem. The desserts were also good, with two delicious homemade cakes and a pleasant bunet, plus a mineral water and a 66cl Moretti. The price for all this was less than 30 euros per person. Fabulous. Authenticity and honesty can still be found, you just have to look a little. Highly recommended. Go there.

Excellent Saturday lunch. Light and tasty ravioli, as was the tajarin. The chicken was free-range, meaning it didn't have that classic bland supermarket chicken flavor.

Finally, an authentic Piedmontese trattoria. Everything is prepared as traditional Piedmontese cuisine demands. The menu includes a mix of hot and cold appetizers, two first courses: ravioli with butter and sage, tajarin with Fassona beef ragù, two second courses: roast rabbit with potatoes and beef stew in wine, and two desserts. The dining room is classic, like that of an old trattoria, clean and welcoming. Fair prices, friendly staff. The only downside: very small portions.

Luckily, these trattorias still exist where you can eat excellently with typical dishes and seasonal products, where you spend a normal amount and are treated with great kindness. Highly recommended!!

An authentic trattoria, one that preserves the spirit of Piedmontese cuisine without frills. Here, everything is done to perfection: from the warm welcome to the courteous and precise service, to the generous and flavorful dishes.
The menu is a journey through local traditions: a mix of hot and cold appetizers, two first courses, a second course with side dish, assorted desserts, water, and house wine. All at a fair price. A pleasantly surprising quality-to-quantity ratio.
The dining room smells of ragù and fresh pasta, and the terrace offers relaxing, family-friendly moments. Kudos to the owners and all the staff: highly recommended.

A proper trattoria. No frills. Food prepared to perfection. Impeccable and courteous service. Very reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? Assorted cold appetizers, 2 hot appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course with side, assorted desserts, water and house wine, €30. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We stopped at Trattoria da Corrado a Briaglia, even though it wasn't lunchtime. We were greeted with rare kindness, as if we were family. A very sweet lady invited us to sit on the terrace and brought us some fantastic sandwiches. The irresistible aroma of ragù and handmade tagliatelle wafted from the dining room... a dive into the flavors of yesteryear. An authentic trattoria, unlike any you find anymore. Bravo!
