Friday, August 1st. We didn't know what we wanted to eat and left it up to the chef. We were surprised with a platter of the most delicious hams and burrata. Then we were treated to two delicious pasta dishes, one with fresh truffle. The friendly service also provided two excellent desserts. The chef even came to check if everything was to our liking, and yes, we certainly would! We'd love to come back.

Dinner with very good typical dishes and generous portions, really super ragù, good and friendly waitress! A tip: you should include local Fossa cheese on your cheese platter to introduce (even to tourists like us) the flavors of your beautiful territory!

Special mention for the meat, which was exquisite, tender, and very flavorful, and for the truffle crostini, made with real truffles without any artificial flavorings. Congratulations!
