I have visited this restaurant several times, both for lunch and dinner. Located on the first floor, the restaurant is a large room furnished in rustic style, with wooden tables and elements that recall the peasant tradition. You can choose a fixed menu for work for both lunch and dinner. Personally, however, I always prefer dishes from the à la carte menu, as the restaurant offers a rich variety of choices that vary weekly. Immersing yourself in traditional Piedmontese dishes is a real pleasure. The dishes are tasty and tasty, and you always leave with a full belly! A big applause to the owners, Caterina and Maria, who with commitment and passion manage to provide pleasant moments. The service is informal and friendly, although in crowded situations it can be a little slow. I have had the opportunity to try many different dishes on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The portions are generous and the food is genuine and well prepared. You can clearly perceive the type of traditional home cooking that is now difficult to find. I highly recommend this place if you are passing through Fossano and want to enjoy a good meal.
