Trattoria da Cate e Maria In Fossano

Trattoria with good and plentiful typical dishes.

On Sunday, returning from the Carabinieri holiday in Fossano, we stopped for lunch at Cate and Maria. A simple place, but well-prepared cuisine, from the cold cuts platter and fried gnocco (abundant) to the tagliatelle with pork rib ragù (the sauce also included a delicious rib) to the borage ravioli with fresh tomato sauce, truly excellent. The desserts were excellent! If you're passing through Fossano, stop by—you won't regret it.
