All perfect. Traditional place. Excellent and plentiful food. Friendly and fast staff. We will definitely be back. Fondue with porcini mushrooms at the top. Very tender pan-fried cut. Homemade pasta.

I highly recommend it. They make everything fresh, so much so that one sauce for a first course had courgettes and for my daughter they made it without. Go there and you won't regret it

SPECTACULAR! The truffle fondue is atomic, the potato and truffle tortelloni are nuclear and the mustard and brandy tagliatelle is amazing. Your taste buds will wave!! Gaetano's courtesy and competence are priceless, Raffaella and Arcadia's mastery are beyond compare. Always a safety! 3\02\24 I've been going to Carlet for 14 years, never disappointed, safe. Today 6 July 2024 I confirm everything!

Some really nice, tasting authentic Italian food. Service was really good, the waiter tried his best to help translate what foods we might like from the menu. Well priced too.

Very nice and relaxing environment, excellent food and very friendly and helpful waitress. Highly recommended restaurant, also for the price. If I were to pass through the Bolognese hills again I would happily return.

Siamo andati al mercato di Monghidoro ed al ritorno abbiamo trovato questo ristorante. Locale non grandissimo ma con la possibilità di mangiare nella veranda estiva. Vasta scelta di antipasti che vanno dai crostini al tagliere di salumi. Fantastici!!! Primi piatti fatti in casa di altissima qualità. Secondi di carne di qualità sublime. Dolci della casa eccezionali. Rapporto qualità/prezzo incredibile. Super consigliato!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente...

07/12/2024: Modest prices and decent drinks, an excellent "after work" place or to start slightly longer evenings.
02/11/2024: The marinara pizza was very delicious. The delicious buffalo mozzarella pizza. They tend to have a lot of people so it is best to make a reservation. The two pizzas were €17. As they also have a bar section next door, there is a lot of atmosphere to have a few beers. The place is decorated with anti-fascist proclamations, movies and those typical of the city of Bologna. Both the staff and the people who were customers seemed very friendly. *If you can't get a table, you have Piazza San Francesco nearby where there are benches and lots of lively people.

01/08/2024: I went this morning because I was looking for a gluten-free and lactose-free place near the main hospital, the biscuits are delicious! and even desserts from the fridge, it's a shame there aren't any tables to stop and enjoy these delicacies
