It was my first time eating at Carlet, and the experience was positive. I had an appetizer (mixed crostini), a first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and speck), and a dessert (wild berry tart). The appetizer was delicious: there are four (quite large) crostini, each served with porcini mushrooms, goose liver pâté, mixed vegetables, and Colonnata lard. The first course was equally good, though it's a shame they served it almost cold. The dessert was exceptional: the tart is served warm, with a delicious berry jam and a generous dusting of powdered sugar. I'll definitely be back.

We stopped for a quick dinner. Not feeling like eating meat, we opted for two first courses (tagliatelle), a second course (a large fried dish), and grilled vegetables. All of this was a bit below expectations, but the desserts were good.

I had high expectations...they recommended the stianconi to me, which I didn't even know what they looked like....luckily I was able to exchange them with my partner (who liked them) who had ordered an excellent pasta alla boscaiola..

We stopped by chance because we were passing through. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality food at a fair price. The place reminds us of the old trattorias of the past, essential but characteristic. If we have the chance we will definitely return.

03/11/2025: In the middle of the Bolognese countryside, a nice place with the option to stay overnight. Dinner with friends was very varied, with a wide variety of first courses and meat dishes. The first course of tortellini with potatoes and tagliatelle with ragù was delicious. The cutlet was a bit dry and plentiful, but two people could easily eat there. The prosciutto crudo was truly delicious. The crescentine were a bit too greasy for my taste. Many will like the meat, others won't... it's a matter of taste. The service and kindness were top-notch.
28/10/2025: Very welcoming place, you really don't want for anything. The food is really good. I recommend doing a few refreshments before you leave, because it's really worth it.

21/11/2025: Quality ingredients, everything prepared by them, from the crescentine with various doughs to the appetizers and desserts. Excellent service. I think this place is excellent as a typical Emilian trattoria. I just wish the beef cheek portion had been a little larger. Excellent wine! Excellent value! We'll definitely be back!
