I recommend this trattoria, we ate very well both meat and fish menus (including beef steaks, handmade fettuccine, spaghetti with mussels and pecorino) in a splendid garden.
For two appetizers, two first courses, two meats, a side dish, coffee, wine, water the price was right.

The restaurant offers many artichoke-based dishes. Some very good and others good, but not well cared for. We happened to eat artichokes, for example, from which the hardest leaves had not been removed. BE CAREFUL about the dishes you order and the bill, check the items indicated carefully; we noticed some "confusion" in the items indicated which raise the final price. Request and check the tax receipt.

If you want to eat artichokes perfectly prepared, cooked and enhanced with respect for the raw material, you are in the right place.
From fried meat to the Roman style, with coratella, in vignarola, gricia or with fresh fettuccine.
And let's talk about the SWEET artichoke tart. Exceptional.
The wine? a white Cerveteri-Fontana Morella, strictly local and cold, as required by the right temperature.
In short: A MUST STOP for those who love D.O.P. artichokes. , the undisputed kings of this area of Lazio.

We were there on Saturday, 22nd March at lunch. The place seems very degraded and the food was good but I have eaten something better. The owner proposed the fixed menu for €40 each and we agreed. It included numerous appetizers, one main course of your choice, dessert (mix of pieces of home brewed simple cakes), wine and water.
Honestly, some appetizers were raw, very delicious were giudia-artichokes. All things considered, value for money is low (too expensive). I recommend trying it preferably during the week.
