We went for lunch on Sunday. It's a lovely trattoria with a large dining room and a slightly smaller one. The wooden beamed ceiling is beautiful. The service was always attentive and courteous, and the hostess was very friendly. We had a truly delicious meal, and the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese was truly excellent. The wine list is comprehensive and high-quality. There's also the option of wine by the glass or in bulk, which I personally appreciate, regardless of your choice. The prices are below average, especially considering the quality of the food. Coffee and liqueur were also included, although we didn't try them. In conclusion, I don't think you can ask for more, so this trattoria is definitely worth a try.

A wonderful dinner at this trattoria, offering traditional dishes cooked with love and using quality ingredients! I happened upon it by chance during the "Piedmontese Fruit" evening, and discovered familiar and lesser-known dishes revisited in a fried version.... Spectacular! Extremely kind and helpful staff, excellent value for money.

Simple trattoria, where you can feel the warmth of a true family kitchen. Local dishes, flavours that stay with you and wine list does not disappoint for such unpretentious trattoria. And whatever you do, don’t skip dessert, the hazelnut cake is pure heaven!

Good morning, a spectacular and sublime place. A spectacular Vitel Tonne, then the first courses, the second courses and then not to mention the desserts, with a hazelnut cake served with warm zabaglione, in short, you absolutely have to try this restaurant, I highly recommend it.

24/11/2025: We only ate at the restaurant, and we highly recommend it. I would say it's not an everyday dining experience, as it's very refined. The ambiance is very elegant and sophisticated, and the carpets effectively dampen the acoustics, which is very pleasant. The service is absolutely professional and very attentive. Every course was exquisite. We went there for my birthday, and it was a wonderful birthday present.

09/12/2025: Casa Scaparone is a must-see, a place of unique beauty, personality, originality, and depth. The young people's vision illuminates and radiates a sense of hospitality, contributing to the preservation and respect for craftsmanship, history, agriculture, food and wine, and architecture, updating them with brilliance and cutting-edge taste. The atmosphere and quality of the osteria (both food and wine) are sensational. Are there any areas for improvement, while fully understanding the architectural style of the property, include some of the room amenities (slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, etc.) and, above all, the soundproofing: the old walls make it seem complex, yet at the same time, it doesn't provide the intimacy that the surrounding natural landscape deserves.
