Home-style cooking, but not ordinary. Alberto knows how to do it! Excellent meat. Fresh homemade pasta, perfect, expertly prepared by Alberto's mother. Excellent condiments. Varied and quality wine list. Courteous service. Excellent value. Reservations are recommended given the large number of customers.

Homemade food and excellent ingredients.
The owner still makes her meatballs (polpette) in full view of the diners who peek into her kitchen, which is integrated into the dining area with the tables. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff very attentive.
A bit far from Florence, but well worth the trip.

A small place (reservations recommended, otherwise you'll be stuck), but well-maintained and quaint. The highlight is the food: a few dishes, but exceptional. Try the boiled meatballs! The fresh pasta is excellent, both the pappardelle and the stuffed ravioli. Enormous ravioli and tortelli, and generous sauce! Honorable mention for the battuta l coltello: wonderful.

Da Alberto is a safe bet, where you can still savor authentic Tuscan cuisine, steeped in history and passion. The tortelli are handmade, and I think I ate the best steak of my life. The atmosphere is refined and relaxed, and the staff is kind and helpful. Keep up the good work, well done.

The fresh pasta is prepared in front of you by a lady, and the Florentine steak was delicious.

A welcoming place, as simple as it is well-kept.
We ate really well, from the boiled meatballs to the pan-fried tongue, the guinea fowl, and the venison steak—everything was delicious.
Given the food and the expectations of a trattoria, I would have preferred slightly larger portions, but I still left full and satisfied, so it was great!
Finally, the staff were very friendly, smiling, and kind.
Highly recommended, and congratulations again!!
