As an appetizer, sautéed tongue, delicious, followed by tortelli, potatoes and Nardolino, delicious, then baked pigeon, well cooked and with the flavor of the past, excellent and a sublime pork belly, crunchy and tasty, worth trying.
The desserts are also good, very good pick me up, well made cantuccini di Prato, maybe just a little sugar missing, but still good.
As a wine, an excellent Carmignano "Il Sassolo".

I had seen a program about this place and decided to try it myself, I was very satisfied with both the proposals of the day and the very kind staff. The top steak, I highly recommend to taste the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine and rigorously handmade pasta, including the delicious potato tortelli.

Beautiful trattoria with rustic rooms expertly renovated and tastefully furnished. The presence of multiple fireplaces makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The service is young. The menu, written on a blackboard, offers a few simple and tasty dishes. The tortelli with meat sauce are wonderful, the giardiniera and the fried boiled meatballs are excellent. Naturally on the Florentine steak, which was good in itself, I can only say that it was well cooked. Wine list at medium-low prices. We were lucky enough to sit at the table under the fireplace, facing the kitchen, with a view of our grandmother making tortelli... Top. I highly recommend it.

Trattoria Da Alberto is one of my favorite gastronomic destinations,
This time I didn't give maximum stars because,
on the New Year's Eve menu,
there was the unreported partial substitution (tortellini instead of gnocchi, with Ubaldino fondue) of a first course which, among other things, was delicious.
Having said that, I recommend the restaurant in question to everyone,
I will return, sure I can give the fifth star again.
