ALWAYS AT THE TOP...I only come here a few times a year, but they're always opportunities to savor simple, yet incredibly delicious, quality food. All the dishes are delicious, but I want to say a word about the MAREMMANI TORTELLI, which are unrivaled. I tried them plain with butter and sage and with ragù, they're devastating!!! Fine pasta, stellar filling, and toppings to match. Stop by and try them, it's definitely worth it. The restaurant is also nestled in a beautiful landscape, close to the Aurelia road, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is simple but of the highest quality. Oops, I forgot...old-fashioned bread...delicious without too many frills!!!

Beautiful place We drive for 4 hours to get there, place is on beautiful country side, lot of space Probably the food is great allso, we will never know, as we did not eat there as dog are not aloved. Even it there are lot of the place outside to sit, and we travel the whole world, never ever was dog not aloved on outside country place to sit. And above all tere vere no other people there.... So that is my reviev, just becouse we were loking forward to it and realy hungry from long drive. My fault is not to check if you are friendly dog peoples. But stars goes anyway as not wery friendly or welcome to send us avay with grace. I know my reviev wont change anithing and hope you all the best. When you come near me, wellcome to come and we will give you great food and hospitality, just minde, we have lot of dogs 😊

We went to this restaurant to eat a Florentine steak, and it was delicious, along with the appetizers, which were also very good. The place is beautiful and clean, there is also a nice terrace, the staff is professional and friendly, we will return again on our next holidays.

We returned again this year. The location is nice, very trattoria-like, and that's a plus for me. The service is quick and very friendly. I recommend the meat. The wine list is good, and we even have their house Sangiovese. Make a reservation. Recommended.

Bellissima scoperta, trattoria casalinga nel parco naturale dell’Uccellina, si può mangiare sia nella sala interna che in giardino, abbiamo scelto di mangiare in giardino, la vista dei vigneti è una cornice a così tanta bellezza. Cibo di qualità, servizio impeccabile, porzioni abbondanti e conto nella norma. Ci rivedremo presto, consigliatissimo 🙂

Probabilmente la miglior cena degli ultimi 2 anni! Locale molto ordinato e pulito, cameriere gentile e professionale come, oramai se ne incontrano pochi. Qualità delle materie prime eccellente, cucina impeccabile!!!! Il conto? Quasi troppo basso!!!!!! Già la Maremma offre molti spunti per tornare, voi siete il motivo in più!!!! SIETE UN ORGOGLIO PER LA RISTORAZIONE ITALIANA!!!!!!

03/06/2025: In un angolo nascosto dell'Alta Maremma, ho scoperto un ristorante che incarna perfettamente l'autenticità e la passione della cucina toscana. Il locale, accogliente e ben curato, offre un'atmosfera calda e familiare, ideale per una cena romantica o una serata tra amici. Il menù propone piatti tipici della tradizione maremmana, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Le pappardelle al cinghiale sono un'esplosione di sapori, mentre la bistecca alla fiorentina, da 1,5 kg, è semplicemente memorabile. Ogni portata è un viaggio nei gusti autentici della Maremma. Il servizio è impeccabile: personale cordiale e attento, pronto a condividere la passione per la cucina locale. Un'esperienza culinaria che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un angolo di Toscana autentica, lontano dai circuiti turistici.

11/09/2024: my husband and I stayed at this inn for a few days at the end of August. We booked the same day of arrival and the owner Mr. Alessio was very helpful in welcoming us (which is not to be taken for granted for a small accommodation facility) so for this reason our first thanks go. The Tuscan-style room was welcoming, spacious, quiet and above all very clean. Varied breakfast in the morning served on the terrace of the inn with a panoramic view of the Maremma hinterland. We have always had dinner at the inn as the food is all homemade by Alessio's family and it is all absolutely delicious and the price is more than appropriate. I will certainly recommend to anyone coming to the area to take advantage of this true hospitality of both the owner and his parents, very courteous people and always available for a chat. Precise only for those who want to have a beach holiday in the surrounding areas, from the village of Buriano which has the timeless charm of times gone by, it takes about 20 minutes by car. thank you very much.
28/08/2024: Ritornato a cenare in questo locale, dopo esserci stati la prima volta pochi anni fa: il buon ricordo è stato confermato. Vengono proposti piatti tipici della zona, dove in particolare i pici ed i tortelli svettano (fatti a mano). Altra specialità del locale e la carne, che viene cotta alla griglia. Nel fuori menù, degni di nota i fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta (che fortunatamente ho avuto modo di trovare anche stavolta). Oltre a qualche vino di etichetta, viene proposto anche un vino di loro produzione (a mio avviso degno di essere provato). Dolci della tradizione italiana, anche quelli preparati dal locale. Gradevole l'area esterna (dove sono accolti anche i cani), al pari della veranda panoramica e della sala. Conto adeguato (non economico, ma neppure eccessivo) ai piatti ed ai locali. Se in zona, consigliato.
