24/01/2025: Italian above / English below -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- Trattoria Anna is truly an underrated restaurant in the center of Turin. It's easy to miss, as it's on a back street, but it truly is a hidden gem. I ordered the scampi as a starter, then the spaghetti with seafood. Both very tasty while retaining the freshness of the fish. The space itself isn't that big (I was sitting on the ground floor and didn't see how many tables were upstairs) which lends itself to a cozy atmosphere. The service was wonderful. The waitress who served me was very attentive and kind, and when (with my usual usta (translation from Ferrarese, "grace" 😅) I managed to throw a mussel directly onto my light jeans, she immediately brought me some degreaser to make sure the stain didn't stick.
