Trattoria Cooperativa In Soncino

Excellent typical 80's trattoria, it's worth booking.

Nov 25: We tried to go on a Sunday, February 2, 2025, while visiting Soncino, but no table was available. On our way back from Verona, we finally made a reservation in the morning. The tables were antique-style, the restaurant was unobtrusive, but the welcome was excellent. During the week, there was a fixed menu, but "casoncelli" pasta was also available. A generous portion of pasta with sausage and garlic/oil ragù, stewed rabbit, meatballs, and roast potatoes and cooked herbs as a side. Everything was good and reasonably priced. We'll be back, but we'll book ahead.

A simple trattoria located in the countryside, 3 km from the center of Soncino. Authentic home cooking with an appetizer of excellent cured meats, a choice of 4-5 first courses and 4-5 second courses, all excellent and tasty! Excellent value, try it and believe it... I recommend booking.

Excellent quality/price, courteous staff, old-fashioned trattoria
