We found this trattoria to be an oasis in the desert. We arrived on a Thursday for lunch, while I was out walking our dogs (two German Shepherds).
The super-kind owner sat us at a corner table on the veranda so we could keep the dogs with us and not disturb or bother anyone else.
The menu was decidedly high-quality, fast, and very friendly.
Dessert of the day was exquisite (Neapolitan pastiera).
Thank you 1000 times. Highly recommended.

I stopped at this trattoria after visiting the village of Soncino. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere mirrored that of a typical trattoria frequented by workers and truck drivers. The food was good, the portions were generous, and it was worth the price.

I stopped for lunch. The owner was friendly, and the young woman who served me was very nice. The food was very rustic, even rustic. The safety of the place, crowded with truckers, gave me the confidence that the price was fair for good, tasty food.

I stop here every now and then for lunch:
FOOD: Simple but good food, fixed-price menu with 3-4 first courses, 3-4 second courses, and various side dishes. Fixed-price menus include only first courses, only second courses, or both first and second courses.
LOCATION: Simple but clean and tidy. The only downside is the outdoor restrooms, which are freezing in the winter.
PRICES: Excellent value
CONCLUSIONS: For a quick lunch break, in a clean restaurant, and at a reasonable price, this is definitely a place worth stopping by.

The typical trattoria cuisine was excellent, and although poorly presented, what we ate was truly delicious.
On Fridays, they serve cod with polenta, which is truly delicious!
The staff is friendly.
This place leaves much to be desired, with its potholed parking lot, the separate and obscene bathrooms, and the dining room housed in a makeshift veranda with questionable air conditioning.
Recommended for a business lunch if you don't pay attention to detail.
