I would like to start with the dessert... it looks really remarkable but unfortunately it wasn't as I would have expected, eggnog cream cake, well it tasted like everything except eggnog, frozen sponge cake, supposed eggnog cream, very watery and not very full-bodied, I didn't feel it the flavor in no way of zabaglione... among other things, on the menu it was not specified that the cake was frozen... They kindly changed it for me and I had a trifle with a decent flavor but really hard to digest... unfortunately we went on Sunday for lunch the waiting time between starter and main course was more than an hour honestly without any of the staff telling us anything about it... I I found it a bit rude among other things because locals had recommended them to me... excessive price

I gave 5 stars to the food, the service and the environment so I have nothing more to add. The prices are also more than fair. Bitters and coffee were offered to us at the end of the meal. Parking the car is not easy but being the historic center of Ferentino, it's okay.

Solo un consiglio: i capelli quando si gira per i tavoli,sia per sparecchiare, che quando si portano a tavola i piatti , vanno legati; e mi riferisco alla cameriera più grande.
