Amazing lunch at Trattoria Consolate. Bread bowl with lots of yummy assorted breads in - walnut bread, tomato covered bread, white crusty bread, saffron bread.
We had the house Antipasti, which contained lots of different tastes - burrata, tomato, knife ham, courgette cake, polenta cube, stuffed courgette flower which was battered and fried.
We then had rice of the day - risotto like with asparagus, dried chili pepper and ravioli of the day with butter sauce and walnuts.
Also 2 glasses of house wine and sparkling water. Our total was €63
Really amazing and interesting food and if we're every back near Ferentino again we'll visit here. Such a nice old underground archway building too 😊🍷🍷👌

We found the trattoria consolare by chance but it immediately presented itself as welcoming and characteristic, very kind and helpful staff not to mention the exquisite food in short we will definitely be back! Thank you!

My experience is excellent. Special dishes with a certain amount of research and spot-on raw materials. Excellent house wine, friendly and professional service. We had a very good time.

we were all consoled in Ciociaria and we all returned, the nice thing is that we will all return again... their starters are too good, the rolled pancetta, the courgette flower, today the chicory tempura, the black angus carpaccio, the fresella with the stracciata crusco and Sardinian pepper, everything is really tasty and well prepared... I continued my lunch with a mutton zito alla Genovese, fantastic!!...in addition to the other times I found a new, new, well-curated wine list with a touch of personality...really good!...

A unique experience. Everything really delicious. Superlative wild boar with potatoes and sliced meat. Heavenly tiramisu. Very kind owner....I will become a regular customer. The best restaurant in Ferentino and surrounding areas

Come si capisce dal titolo abbiamo apprezzato la location, ma anche la carne non era male: tagliata e tartare buone, non le migliori che abbia mai assaggiato, ma comunque di qualità. Torneremo!

Ambiente accogliente e unico, cucina ottima con molta scelta . Gentili e attenti i camerieri.
Solo un consiglio: i capelli quando si gira per i tavoli,sia per sparecchiare, che quando si portano a tavola i piatti , vanno legati; e mi riferisco alla cameriera più grande. Ho avuto il terrore di ritrovarmeli nel piatto .
