Gnocco and tigelle sold in pieces (€0.60). Cured meats, stracchino, and lard paid as requested. Cappelletti (€11.90). So, cappelletti with dough that's too thick and tough. The broth is decent. The gnocchi tastes too floury. The loose Lambrusco from Cantina Tirelli (1/2 l for €8.00) is very good. Quality is borderline...would I go back?

The welcome from the young people in the dining room was very friendly: I would say that the atmosphere and service are the "strong points" of the restaurant. The dishes, those on the table, however, do not stand out: ordinary cold cuts, not very tasty cooked shoulder, decent fried gnocco. The cappelletti in broth are rather anonymous, the filling is not very tasty and the broth has a weak flavor. The baked rabbit deserves a separate discussion: well-cooked meat, "enjoyable" browning, a really good dish. With water, house Lambrusco, two coffees and a bitter, the bill is €76.40: not cheap, but not scandalous either, nowadays. The cheerful and noisy country trattoria atmosphere, with red and white checked tablecloths, is a plus that, by itself, deserves a star.
