The quality of the dishes, the exciting and vibrant flavor of the cured meats, sauces, and tortelli from Monterotondo, certainly make you forget the rather spartan, trattoria-like atmosphere of the place. The portions are generous, very tasty, and certainly reasonable for the price. Since there aren't many restaurants in the area, it's truly a must-try before heading to the Biancane Park. Kudos to the kitchen!

The tortelli from Monterotondo and Maremma are excellent, as is the ragù. I recommend it while you wait to try the local cheeses. The pizza, made with a special dough, is easy to digest and delicious. It takes me an hour to get there, but it's definitely worth the trip.

30/09/2025: MUST TRY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were on vacation with my girlfriend, and it quickly became our go-to place for eating out. The homemade pasta was excellent (with the accompanying ragu, wild boar, hare, or classic), and the house wine was good. The meat was also good, both the mixed grill and the fillet (I recommend "trusting" them and having it served lightly seasoned with their spice mix, which was truly excellent). The homemade desserts were excellent (Tiramisu, ZuppaInglese, and Crema Catalama). In addition to bread, they also serve you some Schiacciata (a type of focaccia), which was very good. Rustic but very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money.
