A restaurant in the center, offering good food made with Tuscan ingredients. The wine list is excellent and offers a wide selection. Luca, with his conviviality and friendliness, takes care of all his guests, always with great professionalism and attention to detail. Obviously, behind such a man, there's a great woman.

We ate here based on reviews on December 30, 2025, to avoid the crowds of December 31. Everything was good, both the mixed cured meat and vegetarian appetizers, and even the pici all'aglione, which were a lovely discovery. The staff and owner were very friendly. We'll return if we're in Arezzo again.

A fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was top-notch: Tuscan crostini and pici all'aglione were superb, and the tripe was delicious, cooked according to Tuscan tradition. My daughter and I can't wait to return to Trattoria Cavour 42!

Wonderful experience! We ate wonderfully; the tagliata was truly excellent, truly tasty, and not at all rubbery. The house wine was very welcome; and the appetizer included good cured meats and cheeses. Very fair prices.
The atmosphere was truly family-friendly, and the waitresses were kind and attentive.
It's always a great joy to leave a place like this feeling satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Tutto buonissimo! Abbiamo preso antipasto di bruschette miste (con fagioli cannellini, pomodori e funghi, perfetto per vegetariani e vegani), due primi e due cheesecake (perfette!)… prezzi assolutamente giusti (una rarità negli ultimi tempi)… da ritornarci

Abbiamo cenato nel locale spinti dalle tante e positive recensioni e ne abbiamo avuto conferma , locale bello , cameriere simpaticissime e carne eccellente , costata di scottona Italia cotta divinamente 😍 anche l'antipasto caldo freddo è degno di nota !!!
