If you're looking for a refined, characterless, sterile, and unpopular atmosphere, then look elsewhere. Here, you can experience a Milan you didn't even know existed, the Milan of our grandparents, the Milan where you sat at a table and enjoyed authentic flavors and friendliness. You're catapulted into an atmosphere unlike what you're used to today. Rediscovering values, with all five senses—this was what it was for me.

A group of friends. We had a great time. Excellent food and a very interesting atmosphere, unchanged for 60 years, perhaps more. The bill was a little higher than I expected, but that might be due to the good wine one of the guests chose from the menu (I didn't see the price).

Dinner, not friends. We had ossobuco and cotoletta alla milanese, both perfectly prepared: authentic flavors and excellent quality. It's one of those restaurants that are rarely found in Milan these days: not a "prissy" or "nothing up there" place, but genuine, authentic cuisine that respects tradition. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent ingredients, generous portions in one of the few traditional Milanese restaurants I've tried so far. We had casseola, cotoletta with potatoes and cheese, and profiteroles for dessert, but we'll definitely be back for risotto and ossobuco. Many compliments to the management and everyone who works there!
