A restaurant with a typical vintage Milanese feel. The food is plentiful and excellent. The ossobuco is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Fabulous restaurant nestled in the heart of retro Milan, with a typical Milanese menu and a very charming, trattoria-like location.
The cutlet was amazing and the risotto was very good. Highly recommended.

A good restaurant/trattoria, still quite old-fashioned with a wooden interior.
It offers typical Lombard and Northern Italian cuisine, all of which are of good quality, as is the service and pleasant atmosphere.
Prices are reasonable, but it's a shame about the limited wine selection.

The atmosphere is old Milanese, true, not a modern copy, and I've always liked that. However, they don't offer a business lunch menu on Saturdays, and the à la carte menu is quite expensive.
An appetizer, a first course, a quarter of wine, half a liter of water, and a coffee cost €42. This may be normal for Milan, but it's a lot.
I also asked for a Bonarda or Barbera, and it wasn't available because it's the house wine they serve with the business lunch menu until Friday. I like the place, the food is good, but at these prices, I'd avoid it.

A trattoria from another era, we even heard some customers speaking Milanese, something so rare these days that it's truly touching. We ate well, and it's possible we'll return in the future.

Lovely place with a wonderful owner (plus her daughter). The staff was extremely accommodating and the entire restaurant had such a warm atmosphere. Not to mention the garden is beautiful and the food is to die for. I think this is the best place I have been to in Milan!!!

A true Milanese trattoria. Outdoor seating under a grape arbour. We tried the "worker's" menu, which was truly excellent. There were two first courses and two second courses to choose from, both excellent and very reasonably priced.

A typical Milanese trattoria, good food, generous portions. It has potential, but right now it feels like a dive into the past. The outdoor pergola is lovely, but it could use some TLC.
The staff is quite brusque, probably because they're used to people taking lunch breaks from work.

passano gli anni ma la cotoletta "orecchia di elefante" del Casottel è sempre squisita; anche i ravioli di zucca sono molto buoni; non è un posto elegante ma la qualità del cibo è sempre ottima.
