The food was good. The service was decent. I really liked the atmosphere which reminds me of old places. We will definitely be back.

It's the first time as an "adult" that I try this trattoria where I used to come for family celebrations when I was little and I used to visit my grandparents in Viale Omero.
Everything is the same as then, it seems to me that nothing has changed... except the times and the prices.
We had a really good time at the "Sott al Berso'" table. The cold cuts and cutlet appetizer were very good.
However, I find the final bill disproportionate for the type of Trattoria.
We paid €36 per person with:
1 appetizer divided among 3 people €12
3 cutlets with potatoes €16 each
1 dessert
2 half waters
1 1/2 bonarda in bulk
1 1/4 bonarda in bulk
3 coffees
I repeat that we had a good time but what we paid for the type of informal "old Milan" place I don't find balanced.

Lovely atmosphere and it feels like being in the countryside...but we are in Milan!

A beautiful courtyard with pergola in the city! The schnitzel is delicious!

A chosen black and blue brother taught me about this ancient Milanese trattoria. Delicious parmigiana, tagliatelle with ragout from the competition. Respectable organic wine list.

One of the last historic trattorias remaining in the city, it is worth stopping by for the atmosphere of times gone by, the typical menu and for the possible permanent closure (the municipal building - certainly in need of extensive maintenance - will be out for tender before the summer). Good equipment, courteous service, more than decent cassoeula in terms of quantity and quality, pleasant but unnecessarily expensive bulk wine (30€/lt). Overall price all things considered a bit high, but it's okay, we're still in Milan.

I returned after years twice with two other people and in both cases the hostess invited us to free up the table given the late hour. Too bad we had been waiting for a quarter of an hour for the ordered dessert and coffee. The absurd thing is that even a novice waiter, before asking customers to get up, inquires whether they have finished or are still waiting for some course. It would never have happened with her mother!

Milanese trattoria in the Porto di Mare area, the affluent has a taste of the past and the food seems like the excellent food that my grandmother's grandmother used to make. Classic dishes are a safe haven. The service is kind and fast.
during the summer there is also the possibility of eating outside.
The cost at the end of lunch/dinners is correct.

It's already the 5th time I've come and I'm always very satisfied, I read the one star reviews and I'm amazed! If you come at the weekend it is clear that you will spend more than during the week! It might cost a bit less but it's worth it!
