Everything OK. I would just give a tweak to the slightly higher prices...

Through a friend who lives nearby, I came to discover this typical Bolognese place. We take a fried polenta with Bolognese ragù, gramigna with sausage, a balanzone and a Bolognese cutlet. So fast service, low prices, good quality I have to say, although honestly I expected the gramigna to be tastier, the balanzone good, Bolognese sauce very good, cutlet let's say it was the only flaw because it arrived with a slice of raw ham half the size of the cutlet, and honestly this thing had never happened to me, I pointed it out and initially I was told it was an oversight, then shortly after we received a small plate with ham to be added independently. I must admit that they were nice to bring us the small plate with the ham but we didn't like it anyway because they should have collected the cutlet when this oversight was noticed and then possibly brought it back, and it's a shame because the flavor of the cream on the cutlet seemed good to me. Seeing the photos online it seemed like an isolated case and at the other times there was enough ham but oh well, one day I will go back and try it again, but for this very reason I would say that it is not 4 stars but I would give it 4 stars -

My husband and I went for lunch...with the voucher, long live the discount, we ate the tagliatelle with meat sauce, a platter of tigelle and crescentine...the only thing we didn't like was the tigelle and crescentine were raw, then the tenerina dessert with mascarpone cream and coffee...the rest was all ok

In conclusione, la Trattoria Cà Buia rappresenta una tappa che consiglio per chi desidera immergersi nella vera cucina bolognese, in un ambiente caloroso e tradizionale. Mi sono trovata molto bene. C'è un parcheggio ampio per i clienti del ristorante.

Abitiamo non lontano, siamo andati a pranzo in un giorno feriale, è molto frequentato per pranzi di lavoro. Noi abbiamo preso il menù degustazione a 30 euro tutto compreso (crescentine con prosciutto, balanzoni verdi con ragù bianco e tartufo nero, spiedone di tagliata di manzo e patate, acqua, vino e caffè). Servizio rapido, qualità discreta, ambiente da migliorare. Senza infamia e senza lode.
