Typical village restaurant, simple and welcoming. Truly incredible dishes, very tasty tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, plus at a guess it must have been at least 200 grams of pasta, if not more. The same goes for rigatoni with fennel, raisins, breadcrumbs etc. In short, a highly recommended place, we'll see you again soon!

Se passate da Collesano vi consiglio di fermarvi a mangiare in questa trattoria. Cibo di ottima qualità, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi davvero competitivi. Atmosfera familiare e personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Ci sono stato con la mia famiglia e ci torneremo presto.

5 stars for the service, the excellent hospitality (thanks to the owners and staff who welcome you with a smile), and also for the very typical environment of the place which, even with funny leaflets full of jokes, makes you smile. The food was excellent, both in terms of quality and flavour, I highly recommend the Boar, a delicacy.

We reach the splendid Collesano with a group of motorbikes. The place is very well located. Central, convenient parking. We ate appetizers and tagliatelle alla boscaiola. Huge quantities. Friendly staff and family atmosphere. Recommended both as a couple and with family or friends.

È il posto ideale dove assaporare l' autentica cucina madonita!! Trattoria dalla cucina semplice ma ricchissima di gusto. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza dalla signora e dal cuoco che ci ha servito un ricco piatto di antipasti rustici a base di formaggi locali, funghi, zucca, melanzane, olive e salumi del territorio. A seguire indimenticabili tagliatelle ai funghi porcini!! Pasta spessa, consistente con un avvolgente sugo di porcini ( molto presenti) e pomodorini dal sapore schietto e verace!! Prezzi onesti e porzioni abbondanti!! Consigliatissimo!!
