The two of us went for dinner, attracted by the reviews about the quality of the food at a fair price in a typical village trattoria. We ordered a hot appetizer and a large grilled meat platter, which was said to be for two. Unlike the standard grilled meat platter, which serves three pieces per person, the kitchen would have additional pieces to enhance it. A platter arrived with two pieces of sausage, one pork shoulder, one pork rib, and one thin slice of meat, but full of fat and calluses, for €25. It also included a handful of baked potatoes, which according to our order were supposed to be two portions, but turned out to be just one. Also, consider that there's a daily menu, which seriously adds to the inaccuracy. A place for locals that's neither worth the trip for its location nor for its variety and authenticity.

OMG if you are in Sicily you cannot miss this out of the way food heaven. 2.5 hours of eating. Flavours that make you weep. Chef is a great guy. Staff is attentive.

Great experience! Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was delicious. The sausage was excellent and highly recommended. But the panelle are something not to be missed: the best I've had so far. Friendly staff, simple, slightly retro atmosphere. Everything was very welcome.

In short, you have to sit at the table and enjoy the dishes they prepare. This is a homely trattoria with high-quality ingredients, such as tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms...a delight to the eye and even more so to the palate, with tender and truly flavorful meat unlike anything we've had in years. We arrive in Collesano and immediately we are welcomed by welcoming and kind people. The place is located along the main road has both internal and external seats. You eat a super grill really tasty !!!! Caponata to lose your mind !!! Staff and owners delightful people. Super
