Excellent tagliatelle with wild boar ragù

Good evening, let me start by saying that I ate WELL. I had a really good pizza. Light dough. Excellent toppings. I had a 4-cheese pizza with porcini mushrooms, truly delicious. My companions and I had 2 rustic local appetizers, of course. Then I had pizza, as did my wife. The others ordered a pasta dish and 2 grilled meats. Excellent ingredients here too. Calm and professional service. The girl who took our order was excellent, as was her colleague. Both, as they say: they were on point. They did their job very well. We will definitely be back, especially since we live not far from you. Thank you for the evening and I'm satisfied with this pleasant discovery. Keep up the good work. Bravo!

Definitely the cleanest place in Collesano, with the friendliest staff and authentic, plentiful food. And where else would you find a chef who's also a singer?

We arrived at this cosy little pub just before closing time, with half the team on a gluten- and dairy-free diet. We were warmly welcomed and wonderfully fed. Thank you so much, we highly recommend it! ❤️

The tagliatelle with mushrooms are good, although they're even better in Tuscany because the mushrooms are from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines—the best mushrooms in my opinion, but they're not bad either. The panelle are exceptional. And the antipasti are very filling and generous. I'll be back.

The two of us went for dinner, attracted by the reviews about the quality of the food at a fair price in a typical village trattoria. We ordered a hot appetizer and a large grilled meat platter, which was said to be for two. Unlike the standard grilled meat platter, which serves three pieces per person, the kitchen would have additional pieces to enhance it. A platter arrived with two pieces of sausage, one pork shoulder, one pork rib, and one thin slice of meat, but full of fat and calluses, for €25. It also included a handful of baked potatoes, which according to our order were supposed to be two portions, but turned out to be just one. Also, consider that there's a daily menu, which seriously adds to the inaccuracy. A place for locals that's neither worth the trip for its location nor for its variety and authenticity.

What a fabulous surprise! This is definitely a must go! Such a nice and typical place, traditional interior, truly homemade dishes and welcoming staff. We'll be back!
