The outside menu said prices were being updated, but we didn't realize we were spending 40% more.
€5.50 for a zucchini and half a tomato au gratin? Nonsense.
Two plates of Riavoli for €28. It's fine if you list it on the updated menu and notify the customer beforehand. Then the fried fish for €18, like it was a fisherman's statue.
It seemed to me like we were getting tourist prices.
Good home cooking at unjustified prices.

Exceptional value for money, excellent cuisine, and fast service. Even though we hadn't booked, the lady quickly found us a place to stay.

A family-run trattoria with a traditional feel, serving delicious local dishes, both meat and fish. Today, I tried the mezze maniche, polenta with stockfish, and stockfish with potatoes. It's been a long time since I've eaten so well! Excellent value. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recommended.

Simple, home-cooked, and well-prepared food. Delicious. A set menu (first course, second course, water, bread, and copperto) costs 16-18 euros. Outside the tourist area. Friendly and honest staff (it's common in Italy to overcharge foreign tourists), but not here: the same treatment and prices as Italians, which is appreciated.

I wasn't convinced by the Ancona-style stockfish that had a bottle of oil inside, the bread that was served with bare hands, without paper or gloves.
The room smelled terrible of fried food.
Definitely not.

Excellent experience.
We were passing through Ancona, about to catch the ferry, and were welcomed by a family-run establishment, which made it easy for us by preparing a quick lunch before boarding. Delicious food and friendly service. Highly recommended!
