A trattoria specializing in risottos. A friendly lady spoke the menu to me. They only serve risottos, no main courses. I had a good leek and speck risotto. The dish was generous and delicious. For dessert, I had a panna cotta with berries. It was decent, but I wasn't thrilled. It's an old-fashioned trattoria with wooden furnishings and bottles of grappa everywhere. Entrance is from the back parking lot.

This trattoria is located in a rural setting. The outside setting, thanks to the fog, had a surreal feel, but frankly, I didn't mind. It's a trattoria known for its risottos. I tried three of them. I recommend the one with frogs, which is truly delicate yet flavorful. The one with pumpkin and sausage is also excellent. The tart with prosciutto and mushrooms was too salty in my opinion. The ricotta and amaretti cake was excellent. The prices are average, but basically fair. The bathrooms need updating; they're really old and a bit understated. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I'll be back to try the mushroom risotto.

A 70-year-old risotto restaurant with great passion, offering delicious risottos and truly delicious pairings. This location is quite dated.

The best risottos of my life. No show, no strange ideas. Simply perfect, and perfect in their simplicity: cooking, creaminess, balance of ingredients. Poetry. This trattoria has been there for 70 years, and when you enter, you breathe and eat its history. And the dish is an exact distillation of that history. And speaking of spirits, wandering through the rooms, for those like me who consider grappa an emotion, and rum and whisky "stuff" for foreign lovers, means wandering through the most incredible collection (2,000 pieces) of grappa I've ever seen. Of the risottos I tried and recommend: pumpkin and sausage, and radicchio. And finally, last but not least, a sbrisolona served in paper cups soaked in grappa... I'm not kidding: I was thirsty, but I left without drinking so as not to take the taste from my mouth.

The risottos were good, the service excellent, the atmosphere dated, but I honestly liked it. The staff were friendly and courteous. A trio of risottos, wine, water, dessert, and coffee cost €35 per person, which is fair.
