I really liked the service of the staff, it is understandable that the place is in the city center and there are quite a lot of people, but perhaps tourists think that when ordering it should come right away, how strange it is to read reviews that throughout Italy there is a service charge and it can be somewhere around 1.5 euros or even reach 3 euros. This is not a Michelin restaurant. This is a pizzeria where about 400 people come in a day or evening.
Before writing nasty things, read more about this country.

The food is quite good. Yesterday I had paccheri with pistachio pesto, provola, and sausage, which I found very good, but the service was very slow around 2 pm. Today I had a terrible Regina pizza, which I honestly expected to be better considering it's a Neapolitan restaurant. The base was raw and the edges were burnt. The service was faster today because there were fewer people when it opened. They were very kind. I recommend strengthening the service staff and improving the pizza. The buffalo mozzarella wasn't good, and at a Regina it should be excellent. Honestly, I've had better. I'll try coming again, but not for the pizza until you really improve the quality and cooking.

servizio al tavolo non proprio al 100% su quattro pizze ordinate una arrivata 40 minuti dopo...... la scusa è stata deve cuocersi il cordolo ma a chi la raccontate.!!!.. almeno per il disservizio potevate scusarsi con un digestivo......(nemmeno quello)

Situado en el centro de todo. Come al fresco. Tomé la Papardelle Bolongnase. Fue la mejor pasta que he tenido en mi vida. Es por eso que estoy dando 5 estrellas. El pan estaba delicioso. Esposa había pollo a la parrilla con berenjenas a la parrilla. No estaba loca por el pollo. Era carne oscura y no pechuga de pollo. Antonio, o el servidor era genial. Muy agradable y muy profesional. El baño era de 2 tramos de escaleras, pero hay un ascensor.
