When I want to eat meat this place is a safe place. I must say that the first ones are also excellent. Then the house dessert was a very pleasant surprise. Prices are still very affordable. I highly recommend it.

Conoscevo già il posto come ottimo per i piatti della tradizione vicentina. Bigoli all'anitra, carne alla griglia... Questa sera io e mio marito ci siamo fermati con l'intenzione di farci un primo veloce ma... Nel menù ci incuriosiscono nuove proposte; come risotto con porcini e mirtilli o ravioli alla crema di trippe. Super favolosi! Evidentemente è possibile migliorare qualche cosa già ottima. Sono molto soddisfatta.

Tipica trattoria "alla casalinga" con piatti tipici della tradizione veneta. Tutto buono e digeribile, forse la grigliata di carne era un po' troppo salata. Nel week end il locale è decisamente affollato e così il tutto risulta avere un po il sapore della mensa aziendale o universitaria: le portate arrivano giusto qualche minuto dopo l'ordine e ciò fa riflettere. Mi sa che ci devo tornare fuori dai fine settimana

You can enjoy a beautiful view, al fresco. Courteous and affable staff. Varied and well presented menu, with traditional local dishes. For my part, I had the house starter (polenta and melted cheese with mixed mushrooms), sliced ​​venison (other types, ribs, etc. also available) and for dessert a space zabaglione sorbet with chocolate flakes. A 0.75 l bottle of water, coffee and bitters at the end. I bill 42 euros, but on the other hand the portions are generous (it is no coincidence that they advised me to skip the first course to enjoy the cut better) and the above-standard quality has its price, rightly so. Historic and renowned venue, with fantastic views of the valley. Small car park but there is always space to be found, even in the adjacent streets. Take a seat on the veranda with a view of the valley (fantastic sunny day), and you immediately felt hungry 😁, half a rabosello, water and off you go! Ordered, as an appetizer, a platter of mixed cured meats with giardiniera, and then moved on to two first courses: Mediterranean fettuccine and potato gnocchi with veal ragout. Excellent fettuccine, sour and a little spicy taste, delicious and well-seasoned gnocchi. We then moved on to the restaurant's specialty, the grill, with a grilled meat (sliced, chicken, pork chop and sausages), more than excellent, tasty and well cooked, with side dishes. Homemade tiramisu (very good) with a good glass of Recioto di Gambellara and two coffees. Attentive, friendly and fast service, price in line with the quality offered. A note: given the bill (99 euros, fair price anyway) I would have expected limoncellos offered at least.....I hope it was an oversight, otherwise everything was fine.
