A very pleasant place to spend an evening with friends or as a couple. The food was beyond excellent; I had the opportunity to try the Iberian pork pluma, and it was delicious. Highly recommended for meat lovers and those seeking classic cuisine.
The terrace area of the dining room was beautiful and well-maintained.

For anyone reading this and passing through during lunch and dinner hours, I highly recommend a gastronomic stop.
A brief mention... October 25, 2025, we set out from the modern Apennines. My wife and I stopped at the Trattoria Antica Belvedere. We were warmly welcomed by a young woman whose name I even asked for so I could include it in the review, but I forgot it. I also forgot the name of the young man who accompanied us to the table; if they read, they'll understand. In any case, they were very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. We ordered Bigoli Cacio e Pepe with Truffles, creamed cod with fried polenta, and sliced beef; everything was delicious, both in terms of the serving and the plating. To drink, a Valpolicella Ripasso, a good choice. If we were to return, another stop would be a must.

The location and view are worth it! The outdoor terrace is truly stunning, but it's a shame they put us at a table that was practically in the restaurant's parking lot (so far from the view) and was stiflingly hot.
The menu offers a wide selection of different types of meat, both grilled and ungrilled. The first courses are also inviting, but the appetizers are a little less so, consisting mainly of cold cuts, except for the tartare. In fact, I opted for the beef tartare, followed by a bison steak with side dishes.
The tartare was very good, it melted in your mouth, and I also liked the plating. The tartare was strange, however, as it looked more like ground beef, whereas I prefer hand-cut tartare.
The bison steak, in my opinion, is the highlight: intense but not overpowering flavor, super tender, and cooked rare, just how I like it. The portion was quite generous (I had to give some to my boyfriend or I'd die). The side dishes were also good.
I'd say the quality-price ratio is more than fair!
The meat is definitely worth returning for.
