26/02/2025: Last Sunday I had the pleasure of having dinner in this place which represents, in my opinion, an authentic pearl in the heart of Latina. The culinary technique is impeccable, and each dish arrives at the table with a perfect balance of taste and presentation. The service is equally attentive, with attentive and trained staff who know how to recommend wines to pair with the dishes. The restaurant's strong point is certainly the creativity of the chef, who manages to offer sophisticated dishes without ever losing sight of the authenticity of the cuisine. Each course is an experience and the passion for cooking is palpable in every detail. If you are in Latina and want a dinner that goes beyond expectations, this is the right restaurant.

18/11/2024: I went to this wine shop the other week for a friend's birthday 😊 Let me start by saying I had already eaten there, unlike the other time it didn't satisfy my palate, the plagued Maremma 🙏🏻🙏🏻 too bad!!! The ambiance is nice, the owner is very professional but alas the food does NOT, especially the desserts need improvement, I've eaten better ones 😩😩 the young waitress still has to learn the job a little careless!! Last time I would have given 5 stars now you get 3 stars sorry!!
