Serious, kind and professional owner! If you want to eat well and have Novara cuisine, I recommend both the midday menu and the evening à la carte menu! The paniscia is delicious! My rating is 5 stars 🌟

I had lunch today June 2nd with my dad.
Everything excellent, friendliness, kindness, fast but not hasty service, excellent food.
Today they had fresh porcini mushrooms which they brought to the table to show us, having proposed mushroom-based dishes, obviously.
The price in line with the quality of the preparations which were abundant.

Siamo stati per la prima volta sabato scorso in 4 pp cucina tipicamente piemontese antipasto misto tra affettati e formaggio abbiamo proseguito assaggiando sia la panisha.... Tortelli al ragù di fassona e ravioli Zola e porcini(spettacolo).... Secondi... Tartare di carne... Stufato di fassona(spettacolo) ed arrosto di vitello.... 2 bot di nebbiolo da 20€ ciascuna... Abbiamo concluso col dolce più acque... Abbiamo pagato 85€ a coppia offrendoci grappe ed amari!
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente 🤩

Trattoria tipica a conduzione familiare, gentilissimi, piacevole pranzo in locale semplice e curato con caminetto, cibo ottimo e ottimo prezzo (con un buon vino rosso della casa): paniscia, agnolotti al gorgonzola, stufato di scottona con patate e tiramisù fatto in casa. Veramente buono e super consigliato.
