Trattoria Ca Molin In Bovolenta

A small restaurant run by an elderly couple. The finishings are a bit dated but the food and the service deserve a visit. So simple that the restaurant does not even have a menu they just tell you what they have available for the day. A must visit if you are in the area.

Very well known place in the area, good food and very little waiting.

By chance traveling to Bovolenta we booked dinner without expectations! I don't know what to say... very friendly staff, impeccable cod, vegetables cooked to perfection! Ps: compared to that negative comment about waiting... BUT WHERE??? Very fast and very friendly! I RECOMMEND IT AND WILL BE BACK!

Trattoria of the past and for this reason I gave it 4 stars. We had dinner on a Friday evening at 7.30pm. There were only 2 other people. The place is run by an elderly couple who are very busy but we waited almost twenty minutes to order and without finishing because the "waiter" went into the kitchen to see the available side dishes and came back with the second courses on the plate (a good cod and horse stew). ....but without side dishes. We saw that at 8pm the waitress arrived, the room was filled with many guests and what had been denied to us (fried potatoes and risotto...) was offered. In conclusion... I recommend, for dinner, going after 8pm and perhaps with a group of more people. Would I go back? Yes.

Se volete mangiare cibi tipici della tradizione è il locale adeguato ! La trattoria tipica veneta ! Locali che ormai sono una chimera !
