Business dinner with colleagues. There were four of us, and after searching online, we saw that this restaurant was listed among the less touristy places. Nothing could be further from the truth. Very touristy place, provincial menu. Food quality is a 6, except for the polenta, which I'd give a 17/30. I think it's the powdered kind from Conad or worse. The meatballs, a homemade product, were good but nothing special. My colleagues had fish and weren't thrilled. The Venetian-style liver was good, but only the liver. Not good enough! The place seems historic and traditional; perhaps the management has made things worse. Moreover, filtering by the latest reviews, there are many negative ones. I can only confirm this. I definitely wouldn't return. The staff was average. Service was uncoordinated.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our host in the apartment we were renting. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they quickly found us a table. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Although they forgot our appetizer, the main course portions were large enough to keep us full. The dishes served were really good—worth a visit!

Historic restaurant with high-quality antique furnishings, very well-maintained. Professional service. The menu features typical Venetian dishes and the quality is top-notch. Delicious meatballs, delicious cod and polenta, and delicious bigoli with anchovies and onions. Highly recommended.

The squid ink pasta is Bib Gourmand-certified and very delicious. However, the service was disappointing. It seems like a lot of Japanese people come here, but I wish they wouldn't sit at the same table as other Japanese people. It would be one thing if there was space between the tables, but I felt really uncomfortable when a Japanese couple (2.2 people) were seated at a four-person table. I asked to change seats, but they wouldn't let me, which was disappointing.
