Asparagus dinner consisting of various courses of typical vegetables of the area and period, excellent risotto. The service could be improved but still discreet, friendly and nice the owner. Pleasant and comfortable environment. Repeatable experience.

Family dinner, the intention was to taste the asparagus menu. It was a matter of tastings. The first courses were good (risotto with asparagus and meat agnolotti with asparagus sauce). Always asparagus for the appetizer and the second course that had nothing special, apart from a fluorescent yellow sauce passed off as gorgonzola. Disappointing dessert: the only choice was between tiramisu, creme caramel and panna cotta. I don't like any of the three, so I had to let it go. The cost of the menu: fixed 32.50...a bit too much, I didn't have dessert...

Ristorante con cucina tipica piemontese. Si mangia bene e si spende poco. Prodotti freschi e di buona qualità. Se ci si trova in zona consiglio una sosta. Nel periodo degli asparagi propone ottimi piatti. Possibilità di prenotare per degustare un intero menù a base di asparagi (compreso il dolce!)

when I want to try a menu based on asparagus served in all ways this is my favorite place. I love asparagus risotto and also tagliatelle. save a little hole for dessert I recommend the bunet but also the diplomatic dessert is delicious. help yourself to the quality white or red house wine. excellent quality-price ratio. I recommend booking a few days in advance. Closed on Sundays

Bue Rosso, a restaurant run for generations by the same family. Piedmontese cuisine. Traditional dishes, presented with elegance. Excellent quality and taste. I highlight a detail of the restaurant, not common (unfortunately) to others, the presence of soundproofing panels, which make conversation with diners pleasant and relaxing. Compliments!

Siamo andati con mia moglie sabato sera, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il cibo buono, il servizio adeguato e così anche il prezzo. Il locale è piacevole. Come le altre trattorie della zona non c'è un menù scritto ma ti dicono a voce quali sono le portate del giorno. Ci ritorneremo.

20/06/2025: We found this beautiful bistro in the heart of the balon. Between laughter, excellent service and delicious drinks, we spent a great evening with friends! Highly recommended
25/05/2025: A well-kept and charming place, the interior is characteristic with slightly démodé furniture and the tables outside overlook a quiet street that is very enjoyable on spring and summer evenings. Young, attentive and kind staff. Excellent food, good quality. An idea for eating something a little different from the usual and with very affordable prices. We had as an appetizer: hummus and Russian salad served with rye bread. Together they brought us bread and taralli. As baked patatoes we had: two with aubergines, dried tomatoes and burrata, one with veal with tuna sauce and caramelized onion, and one with swordfish and dried tomatoes. Very good and filling. For dessert, a yogurt with salted caramel and berries, a particular combination but surprisingly tasty. Highly recommended

07/07/2025: A fantastic place! Directly on the lake shore. Very kind service, we had dinner on the veranda which is very well kept with a breathtaking view. The food is very good, the menu was a crescendo of flavors. A special applause for the pork leg....it was photonic!
