We stumbled upon Trattoria La Briscola by chance, finding ourselves immersed in a green corner that seems almost hidden in the heart of Brescia. An authentic place, where time slows down and you're welcomed with a sincere smile. The service was impeccable, warm without ever being intrusive. The owners are wonderful people, the kind who make you feel immediately at home, with authentic dishes and a glass of wine that accompanies conversation and laughter. It's one of those rare places that enters your heart, and where you can't wait to return. As soon as I can, I'll return to make it one of my favorite places. Thank you, Luca, truly.

I was there last night and I have to say that the location is definitely beautiful, too bad that I ordered still house wine and twice I received sparkling wine (I don't like it otherwise I would have kept it) the waiter claims that there are problems with the tap so I buy a bottle of wine for €20. When paying I point out to the owner that due to their poor service I had to take a bottle and his response was: you could have ordered something else, which I had done! A €5 discount would have been enough to show availability towards the customer instead of telling me that I could order something else. For the rest, the food was good, average 2 cuts, a first course, a bottle of water, a bottle of wine that wasn't on the menu, two coffees €86.00 good but not great.

Not a luxurious environment, but in the summer the terrace overlooking Brescia north is pleasant. Ample parking, although a bit inconvenient. Traditional Brescian cuisine, decent although not amazing. Fast and fairly attentive service. Very friendly staff, really! I haven't eaten here in many years, I'll be back soon enough! Not cheap, without being expensive... The splendid location has its price.

Excellent value for money for a dinner of traditional Brescian food. An evening spent pleasantly in the presence of the owner Luca, thanks to his friendliness, always present and he recommended the dishes of the native cuisine.
