Characteristic trattoria on the hills of Brescia, a beautiful terrace from which to admire the city and enjoy some fresh air. The place was full even though it was a Tuesday evening, the service was quite fast and friendly. There were 12 of us and we had a mixed starter and grill for everyone, which was decent. Excellent wine however. fixed price at €45 perhaps a little high being a trattoria. We will be back to try the rest of the cuisine. (I would recommend fixing the road to get there as much as possible and the parking area because it is quite bumpy and very steep).

Trattoria Briscola, a certainty of Brescia catering.
The restaurant is located on the Costalunga hill in a position from which you can enjoy a wonderful panorama which is the setting for exquisite dishes prepared with skill which enhance the goodness of the raw materials. Starters, first courses, second courses, desserts that respect the culinary traditions of the area. The courteous service is enhanced by Luca the owner who, with discretion, ensures the success of the dinner/lunch, making you feel like an appreciated guest and not just a simple customer. Absolutely worth trying.

The Trump restaurant presents itself very well externally, with many outdoor seats that can be used in the summer, during which you can take advantage of the shade of a century-old wisteria or of the portico, enjoying the panoramic view of the city below. The internal lounge is also very beautiful and well looked after.
The staff is friendly and welcomes customers in an affable manner. Table service is precise and fast. The food and wine are of good quality and taste great.
The road to reach the restaurant is steep and dug, with some potholes, so you need to be careful and choose a car that is not low if possible to avoid scraping the surface.

There is no summer without briscola, a historic trattoria that offers excellent grilled meat, but also delicious alternatives such as the vegetarian appetizer
Among the first courses, the truly exceptional speck and gorgonzola ravioli stand out
The tables are distributed on a large terrace overlooking Brescia and in the evening the view is truly very suggestive
Luca the owner, always kind and attentive, takes care of customers in a very efficient way
