Excellent restaurant for those who love traditional Modena cuisine. Impeccable service. Prices a little too high.

Trattoria that offers classic Emilian cuisine, well made and well presented, the prices are not exactly trattoria-like but all in all not high either. The place is dated, but well kept and it would also be beautiful if it weren't for the "design" inserts placed here and there without criteria which are out of place to say the least....

Ristorante rustico dove quando entri ti senti un po' a casa. Il padrone di casa davvero gentile e mai invadente. Piatti della tradizione emiliana fantastici. Tagliatelle, tortellini e tortelloni molto buoni ma anche i secondi veramente squisiti. Attenzione particolare alle materie prime di eccellente qualità. Servizio veloce ed elegante. Conto leggermente caro.

A very elegant restaurant that offers typical dishes of the Modena tradition

Posto tradizionale classico , proprietario simpatico , si mangia bene , ottimo menù , carne ottima , buon vino , dolci e minestre da privare , un po’ costoso per il rapporto locale .

Great place where you can try the original local cuisine. Very attentive and gentle owner with the passion for the good food and wine! A must try if you are in Modena!

High quality dishes, the tortellini in broth are excellent, the service is excellent and also the attention at the table. The price in my opinion is too high.

Near the central station after the overpass there is this place, possibility of parking nearby. The entrance is welcoming and warm with well-kept vintage furniture. I was with my family and an acquaintance and we immediately felt at home due to the welcome shown by the staff and the owner. We started with a minimal appetizer, to focus on the important courses. Pickles made by them as well as stuffed chillies to try followed by some cured meats and then off with tortellini in broth and the latter was an immediate winner. If you had doubts about capon or meat, well in this restaurant they serve capon broth! For the boiled meats, the chef arrives with a huge trolley and makes you choose the pieces of meat with the side dishes. Truly noteworthy. For desserts we received exquisite homemade amaretti biscuits and an almond semifreddo and trifle, we are on average in quality. We were alone in the restaurant with the owner waiting for us at the cash register but at no time did we feel pressured by the 11.30pm time slot. Definitely coming back! Well done
