High quality dishes, the tortellini in broth are excellent, the service is excellent and also the attention at the table. The price in my opinion is too high.

Near the central station after the overpass there is this place, possibility of parking nearby. The entrance is welcoming and warm with well-kept vintage furniture. I was with my family and an acquaintance and we immediately felt at home due to the welcome shown by the staff and the owner. We started with a minimal appetizer, to focus on the important courses. Pickles made by them as well as stuffed chillies to try followed by some cured meats and then off with tortellini in broth and the latter was an immediate winner. If you had doubts about capon or meat, well in this restaurant they serve capon broth! For the boiled meats, the chef arrives with a huge trolley and makes you choose the pieces of meat with the side dishes. Truly noteworthy. For desserts we received exquisite homemade amaretti biscuits and an almond semifreddo and trifle, we are on average in quality. We were alone in the restaurant with the owner waiting for us at the cash register but at no time did we feel pressured by the 11.30pm time slot. Definitely coming back! Well done

Almost fifty years have passed since my first visit, quality always at the top: carefully prepared and delicious dishes, a non-trivial and respectful reinterpretation of traditional cuisine, service beyond all expectations.

My dinner experience last night at Trattoria Bianca in Modena was truly pleasant. The outdoor setting was lovely, with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. However, I have to say that the interior decor was a little dated and could have benefited from a bit of refurbishment. Moving on to the food, I have to say it was really great. Each course was delicious and prepared with great care. The cuisine managed to surprise me with unique flavor combinations and captivating presentations. It was truly a feast for the palate. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I felt really welcome and pampered throughout the evening. The only small note I can make concerns the slightly high price. While I understand that this is a refined context, I would have preferred a slightly more balanced quality-price ratio. Despite this, overall it was a really nice evening. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a culinary experience linked to the Modena tradition, immersed in an elegant and refined atmosphere.
