Trattoria Belvedere In Gremiasco

The Belvedere restaurant proved to be an excellent choice for New Year's Day lunch. Located in a suggestive hilly environment, the restaurant offers a splendid view of the hills, convenient parking and a welcoming atmosphere, also perfect for those with children. The guided fixed menu really won us over: two courses of delicious appetizers, with caponata, cured meats, flan and omelette; two impeccable first courses, among which the meat ravioli in capon broth and a rice timbale stand out; two succulent second courses of meat with well-matched side dishes, such as roast kingfish. It all ended with a trio of unforgettable desserts, in which the Genoese pandolce was simply perfect. The quality of the food is very high, all carefully prepared at home and served at the ideal temperature. Belvedere's traditional cuisine is an authentic journey into genuine flavours, enhanced by the friendliness of the staff and owner, always attentive and available. Finally, the quality-price ratio is exceptional, an aspect that makes this experience even more satisfying. We can't wait to return to taste their cuisine again!

As they imagined we found everything excellent, the food and wines excellent, as in the tradition of a Valley that keeps what it promises. The pumpkin gnocchi with Montebore and the tagliolini are super, as are the desserts, especially the Bavarian cream. Excellent welcome. Finally a relaxing evening!!!!

Un pranzo gustoso dai sapori familiari: ottima accoglienza. Ottimi gli antipasti della casa, i salumi della zona, i fiori di zucca; buonissime le lasagne al pesto con la farine di castagne e la pasta fatta in casa con funghi e salsiccia. Il pollo con la peperonata e il vitello tonnato come secondi sono saporiti e delicati. Dolci ottimi come quelli della nonna, Il personale è attento e molto disponibile, Consigliamo di farne esperienza

Ci siamo andati con amici del posto, loro ci vanno spesso, e noi nn perdiamo occasione per tornarci spesso , tra cene e pranzi ,ottima location, abbiamo pranzato in veranda al fresco , tutti i prodotti usati sono di primo scelta e a km 0 , abbiamo iniziato dal antipasto e fino con i dolci , tutto molto buono ,c’è stato concesso anche qualche bis , buoni i vini , parcheggio un po’ piccolino ma nn e un problema in torno al ristorante si trova, staff cordiale e simpatico, prezzi nella media, se in zona provatelo, ma consiglio di prenotare per tempo

Traditional restaurant with fixed menu for dinner, excellent value for money. All really delicious: mixed hot and cold starters, two first courses, two second courses and desserts for 35 euros, excluding drinks. Cool and quiet area for the summer.
