I have been a customer for several years and I write because they DESERVE IT from the first time I was there until last night.
Excellent food, refined traditional dishes, an excellent choice of wines from local wineries of great quality, welcoming place, fair price, what more could you look for!
It's true that everyone's palate is not the same but the negative written reviews are not real, they are people who have not been to the restaurant they describe, because some of the foods they describe have never been on the menu, perhaps they have been to another restaurant with the same name??!
I conclude: it is always very, very pleasant to dine with you!

I hadn't been to Biana's trattoria for some time and I must say that I was sadly surprised: the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. Once upon a time you spent a little more but you were sure of eating well, now you spend little and eat badly. Has the management changed? Tasteless Piacenza tortelli, coppa roast beef too, salami cooked like at the table... Too bad!

Siamo tornati in questo locale a distanza di qualche anno e devo dire che il livello è sempre molto alto, antipasti particolari e ottimi da tortino di patate con cipolla e tartufo a fiori di zucca con ricotta, insomma non i soliti salumi con la bortellina, che cmq sono sempre buoni, per poi passare al secondo anatra con patate e sugo di pesca favoloso e anche il carpaccio , insomma tutto buono e abbiamo terminato con un dolce ...semifreddo al mascarpone e zabaione ghiacciato , vino orteugo della zona consiglio vivamente questo locale, sicuramente ritorneremo
