As always, the food was excellent: typical Milanese and other cuisine. The Casóla was delicious, flavorful, plentiful, and not at all heavy. The platter of local cured meats and cheeses was excellent. The risotto with ossobuco was also excellent. Even the cod fried in cornmeal was excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection, with generous portions and excellent service from the staff. The atmosphere was simple and welcoming. We rarely go there, but we're always made to feel welcome. The prices are average, and the ingredients are top-quality. Highly recommended!!!

We had lunch with the family yesterday. Everything was good, but the highlight was the venison stew with polenta. It was delicious, the meat was very tender and tasty.

This little place is perfect for a family Sunday lunch, relaxing and peaceful. It's always busy, but not overcrowded, so when you frequent it on Sundays like we do, you can enjoy both the food and the atmosphere. The cured meat appetizers are excellent and plentiful, so we didn't order main courses, but we did have some excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Definitely worth a try!

Their strong point is definitely their meat dishes. The seafood dishes, the mixed fried fish, which I ordered, didn't entirely satisfy me. The place is known locally for its frogs.

14/03/2026: Friendly team, warm atmosphere and great authentic local food. Just be aware the portion are huge.
10/03/2026: The staff are very attentive to their guests' well-being and extremely friendly; the restaurant has a generally inviting, albeit somewhat cramped, feel. The food is absolutely delicious, but for the price, I expected much larger, more filling portions. The small portions are a major drawback for me; for the same price, you can get a full meal at other restaurants.

26/11/2025: Rustic restaurant with a varied and well-prepared menu. Service is minimal but adequate. It's a farmhouse setting, but welcoming. Reasonable prices. Recommended.
